Robert...
With all those crosses and Stars of David, it sounds to me like you have a very complex design to your "GPW". I do not think I would have persued a design to that level of complexity because, since I'm out to replicate Bessler original design, I would be prevented from doing so by the "Carpenter's Boy Law".
It sounds to me that you, like I recently have, are slowly reaching the conclusion that using a separate set of shifter weights to shift a set of drive weights is yet another dead end. The two sets of weights just produce a composite CG that eventually takes up permanent residence directly below the axle of the wheel.

On 7/6/06, I found, in any overbalanced gravity wheel with rotation rate, ω, axle to CG distance d, and CG dip angle φ, the average vertical velocity of its drive weights is downward and given by:
Vaver = -2(√2)πdωcosφ
Vaver = -2(√2)πdωcosφ

No, it is simple.
As I was building all others before this design, it soon became obvious, that they weren't going to work.
This one though, becomes more obvious it will work as I get farther along with it.
Still no failure..................
For the Glory of the Lord
Amen

Yes!
Found some small turnbuckles on google that I'll useto adjust spacings inside the GPW

"Good news".
Still no obvious failure happening.
Worked more on completion only briefly last night.....

Can't wait for mail order turnbuckles. Got some small enough at Home Depot tonight.
Made a cover for the open side of the wheel.
Will know for sure in a couple days, success or failure.

I'm sorry to hear that. Will you reconsider your decision?
