This would allow secured communications.

Well it appears you can buy a username and then own it.

The minimum purchase price is around $27,000.

It appears there are variants of @agor?? and only one has been purchased.

Would you like to guess which one?

Thus increasing the value to above $27,000. For the current owner would not sell it for less.
