I just want to start this by saying if we are to be looking in the correct places, we should be looking in the places that have a denotation NB there are a series of MT that denote NB MT81 is just one of them there are a few others, and some others by X's. These NB signs denote importance, here in the original MT pages you will find more. In MT 81 where is the NB; it is inside the fish bladder with the straight “A”.

There is also though an irregular pentagon hidden in the drawing.

Looking for little information here to source this, I found it in some of my old notes, but have no source for it. It appears to be a letter from Bessler, but to whom or why, I'm not sure. just looking to source it.

Now I nimbly gave this letter
to a large patron who wanted
to have this little rhyme
delivered to Mr. Gardener.
Then Mr. Gärtner let himself be
loved/Wrote to me himself/His
letter was briefly thought about/
That's why my answer was again:

1. He asks/ whether/ and what is
desired/ who has the will/ to look
at my work from the outside? 20.
It was already done for him in vain.
2. Item, how long is it granted to
someone who wants to get lost? 20. Let
us reward and stand for as long as
possible/ My work always remains in progress.

3. How often is the already known
load ready to be lifted? 20.
Twelve inches above the shaft round /
It runs and pulls for a second.

4. Whether the machine is also clever/
that one jerks it from the place? 20. Oh
yes, (does anyone feel like buying/) She

ran: Hence the anger (as I heard/)

If anyone knows a letter from Bessler ? I've tried searching on the forum search and came up with nothing.

It's from AP, don't know whose translation that is though, below is from JC's AP:

This letter I swiftly put into the hands of a patron of mine, who had it
delivered to Herr Gartner, who was pleased to reply to me in his
own hand. His letter still contained a few reservations, so I wrote
back to him again:-
You ask, Herr Gartner,
1) Do I require any obligation of any kind from persons who are
permitted to inspect my invention?
Answer - nothing whatsoever.
2) How long will he be permitted to observe?
Answer - as long as you like, for the machine will carry on revolving
no matter how long you stay.
3) Can it be used for raising weights?
Answer - yes, it can raise a weight, situated twelve inches (zoll)
outside it's own axis, and do this once each second.
4) Is the machine designed to be movable?
Answer - yes indeed so, sir! If anyone desires to purchase it, he can
depart with it, and it with him!

Now this letter took its course between Weissenfels and Dresden,
and occasioned an angry reply from Gartner.
