Bessler's wheel works anywhere in the world.
Not knowing is not the problem. It is the knowing of what just isn't so.
It is our responsibilities, not ourselves, that we should take seriously.

re: gravity mystery spot
I'm very skeptical of the mystery spots. The balls going unhill, apparent height differences, and apparent tilts are all easily explained. That drawing is the first I've ever heard of anyone bringing pendulums and oscillators/buzzers into myster spots. I do question if this was even done, and if so if done correctly. It doesn't count if they (whoever owns the spot) owns the pendulums and buzzers, since then they could be tampered with. The asymetrical pendulum swing can be caused by hidden magnets if the bob is magnetized, or could be an optical allusion like the heights and tilts. Someone really should get some equipment together and do an independent study of one of those places. Does anyone know if there are any in Arizona? Hmm...

re: gravity mystery spot
I was about age 7 when I first visited a "Mystery Spot" and that was about a half century ago. It is nothing more than a tourist trap designed to entertain and lighten your wallet. Even at that young age I could see right though it as being simply an optical allusion. All you need to set up your own Mystery Spot is a woods on a steep hill and a building built off plumb. It messes with your mind. I can see why a city slicker who has always seen nice upright buildings and never spent time in a hilly woods my might be deceived.
re: gravity mystery spot
The house caught me as an obvious think trap, along with the dark environment and uneven terrain... bent and akward tress, etc...
Could be an effect of strange gravity or "cause of the sensation"... especially after that guide lulls you into a trance with that droll monotone speech...

Most of them do invite you to bring your own level and tape measure. I'd think more sophisticated equipment would need prior arrangement though.
re: gravity mystery spot
More sophisticated equipment? Two watches which have been determined before hand to keep reliable time and have been syncronized is all that is needed. All you have to do is leave one at home, go to the Spot and have some fun, come back and see if there is a difference. To do the pendulum experiment, all you have to do is bring a ring and a shoe lace, and be able to get out of the guide's sight for a minute.
