Winkle : I wouldn't buy something that has a very simple mechanism, I would build it . [In my opinion, the mech is simple.]

That's why I think there are others like me that will build the wheel, probably some others that would also sell..

I don't think you could make billions of dollars with it, maybe a couple of millions if you know what you are doing and have an army of lawyers and sue everyone ..

And, the point is, I trust Ralph because he hasn't deceived me yet.
He didn't make false claim either and he seems neutral.

But for sure, I wouldn't put TOO MUCH trust into someone I don't know.

For those of interest, I will add to jim_mich's statement by saying that most insurance agents possibly your own have a Notary on staff.

Mine (State Farm, and no plug intended) does and there is no charge for there customers.

In most cases it is not the mechanics you are paying for but the idea behind it. A patent that can earn a lot of money for the inventor can be of something simple, Like Wrigleys chewing gum. First sold at a penny a stick. He become a multi millionare.

JON; I WILL send you the plans for this unit. you will have to wait until I protect my little brother and myself. It would be a Godsend where you are. My grand daughter did her medacal internship as a missionary physician in Mongolia and Africa and China. jim kelly you will have to protect the design someway though.

If it was not for Ralph initially contacting me, then I would probably not have joined this board. Although I certainly do not agree with him on everything, I definitely do not consider him to be a crook. I would have no hesitation to share a working wheel design with him and would be confident that he would not use or disclose it without my prior authorization.

Well, the implication of this thread is that James Kelly definitely currently has a working wheel design which, apparently, uses ramps of some sort.

Now, he understandably wants to patent the design. For those that wish to profit financially from their creation, this is still the preferred way to go.

Mr. Kelly...

When would the earliest time be that you anticipate that the paper work will be completed to secure your rights to the design? And, more importantly, what is the earliest that you be able to reveal the design to the rest of us?

On 7/6/06, I found, in any overbalanced gravity wheel with rotation rate, ω, axle to CG distance d, and CG dip angle φ, the average vertical velocity of its drive weights is downward and given by:

Vaver = -2(√2)πdωcosφ
