I believe dear Dr. that the "BOT" LIB is referring to is an automatic program capable of producing what is commonly known as "gibberish".... which is quite simply an endless string of real words with no particular meaning or purpose to their arrangement beyond taking up some space with them.

If you happen to see anything like that on these boards then you'll know exactly to whom he is referring without anyone having to be any more impolite or unpleasant about than that.
