Georg's ideas powering the wheel
To all,
when powering the wheel with a helicopter we have different possibilities. Turning clock wise we have outside the positions from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock. Inside the wheel, the positions from 3 o’clock to 6 o’clock.
In the opposite direction we have outside the position from 12 o clock to 9 o’clock and inside the position from 9 o’clock to 6 o’clock.
The position 12 o’clock and 6 o’clock itself, as well as the positions 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock are for the powering with the helicopter useless.
I have marked the useful positions with the green ellipse.
What I like to show with this picture is, that inside and outside powering is equivalent but on different points of the wheel.
Another point I like to add is, that the turning of the wheel is limited to the speed of the airflow of the helicopter. In addition energy output of the wheel is limited on the weight of the helicopter.
So gravity is used in an indirect way to power the wheel.
The helicopter has to keep his position.
Without the gravity, the wheel will not turn.
In addition we have with the helicopter a vibrating system, a vibrating, oscillating system on one side of the wheel.
So how can the helicopter vibration are substituted by a gravity powered mechanism?
Bessler used for his wheel an inside pulsating powering. Formulas of physics are describing us the rules of the outside powering. So we have to use this given formulas in a different way.

WHAT????
re: Georg's ideas powering the wheel
How dumb am I. this goes way beyond my understanding.
(George was this post meant to go into the other post where they talked about hekicopters?)

Mine too :D

My english is limited, ok. But in this case I don't have to wonder why I can't understand anything.

re: Georg's ideas powering the wheel
to all,
the post is in the right subject. Assume you have a big marry go round, where are the points of the wheel were you can turn it with a helicopter ?
You have 4 points, as shown with the green elipse in the picture.
You can have 2 points for an outside powering, and 2 points for the inside powering, depending on the turning direction.
What I like to extend is the inside powering with the next picture, rotating of a cylinder in place. The outer wheel(cylinder) is standing on 2 supporting wheels. In the middle of the outer wheel we have an massive cylinder, shown in black. Regardles if you power the wheel from outside or from inside, both, the massive cylinder and the outer wheel will turn in the same direction. The outer wheel has no middle axis.

re: Georg's ideas powering the wheel
OK...eliminate the helicopter and replace it with a water fall hitting a water wheel. I stretchingly believe what he is saying is, the point inner/outer) that the force is applied to would make a difference in the minimum or maximum performance of the water wheel.....and it would! Now, after that I'm lost.....

re: Georg's ideas powering the wheel
To all,
to power the wheel I use the areas marked in the wheel, inside the wheel.
As Steve wrote: I can also use a waterfall to power the wheel, but that allows only use outside powering. The helicopter example allows both, inside and outside powering.
In the development of the wheel I concentrate of the Inside powering.
To achieve this I connected to the weight a spring. The spring is fastened on the wall, the other end of the spring is connected to the turnable cylinder. This construction is always out of balance. Important is the distance between the wall and the supporting wheels. If the distance is to short, the construction begins to oscillate.

Georg, I've lost count of the number of times you've claimed a working wheel over the years, yet I can't find one - where are they???

Ovyyus,
When I click on his downloads, all I get is a blank page with a light blue background. Lots of working area as there in nothing there taking up space.
Problem is I have not figured out how to write or draw in it. :-) What program or application handles a .tif file or format?

re: Georg's ideas powering the wheel
here are the pictures again, so you can view it in word.
one file is showing the working areas inside.
next is showing rotating in place (feedback loop)
next is showing rotating with outer force (swinging)
next is showing one is arranging the other, both are creating torque, and never are in balance again after started. The start of this swinging occurs when the distance of the supporting wheels is too short.
This is to show how it could be managed to create a swinging mechanical system.
