So whatever happened with that spring-ed wheel at the greaterthings website? Did it ever really work? And why couldn't anyone replicate it?

So how about a listing Mitch of all of your identities?

I hope the following answer is sufficient.....I guess it will have to be, at the moment. First let me say that, upon recently staring at the image presented to me by Mike......I began a whirlwind of introspection. In some ways....he was actually right about me. Strange, I know. So it is to Mike and I guess, all of you, that I post the following:

Mike,

I may have been somewhat less than tolerant of your various 'digital forays'. For that I honestly do apologize (FWIW). It is obvious that I too have tweaked your tolerance level a bit. It was my intent, on a certain level, to reveal myself eventually. The time seems right to do so, although the opportunity has continually presented itself. You seemed to me, the most amicable to the task. I am sure that many others, by now, have been able to 'crack the code'......lol. Your seemingly prescient discourse regarding part of my character was somewhat inspiring. I was hedging my bets that it would have been provided by Ovyyus, but you are a bit more, shall we say, reactive.

It was not my intention to craft a clever disguise in my return to the forum....those who cared to know my identity found it easy to do so. I did not consciously attempt to disguise anything about myself other than the username and password. It is the only one I have used upon returning to the forum as a participant. The image you posted was spot on in some ways. I cannot deny seeing the image, or parts of it, in the mirror at times. Who among us does not take time to 'lick a few self inflicted wounds' from time to time? Truth is I have become so unaffected by those around me in recent years that I chose, as many do, to turn inward for the influence I sought after. I must admit that I am skeptical that your post originated solely from you. It seemed a bit too 'inspired'. But then again, the words given me at times have that effect on many people. I will not turn this into a 'heart and soul' diatribe, however I wish you and others to know that my work and also the words, were not in vain. They were crafted to produce results and they both succeeded and failed in ways that I am neither capable nor worthy to fully contemplate.

So, I am 'Techstuf'. I ran and hid from the, perhaps deserved, wrath and ridicule of my peers. That statement likely falls quite short of what some would demand of me. It is also inaccurate as to motive. I did not sit back in secret to hide from textual slings and arrows. No, I was merely waiting upon man and GOD. Waiting upon man, any man, to step forward and pick up my burden and carry it to it's destination. Waiting upon GOD to reveal to me if I had passed this test. Man is a quick and poor judge of motives, both his own and those of others. It is hard for me in this area as it is for all of us. For who among us can say that they do not misjudge the motives of even those we may know intimately? One is graciously given a gift of seemingly great importance.... what will he do with it? Share it immediately, freely, sayeth the fool who plunges ahead with great confidence. This speaks, at least, to his motive. Has that one then become worthy of a carrying a gift of truly great importance? With lessons learned, maturity and wisdom gained......the answer seems to be.....yes.

Now, regarding Mike's aforementioned non-profit organization and where to accept donations......hmmm. Again, Mike's fortuitous words come to mind........I would say that a true 'voice in the wilderness' is a rare thing these days and rarer still are the ones who manage to hear it. The 'lending of one's ears' is donation enough.

I will not entertain replies to this particular post.
I will not ask ,nor have I previously asked, for "money's".
I will not suffer accusations of 'godsell'
or having foolishly mixed my faith with my 'science'.

I will end here with a quote from a 'voice in the wilderness':

"Show me a man who keeps his faith and science separate and I will show you the road to hell that is paved with good intentions. Show me a man whose faith IS his science and I will show you the express lane to that same destination."

Thanks for giving me the idea Mike, I might have to put that one on a business card.

GOD bless

Wow, now that's coming clean. I have to admit it suprises me.

>I was hedging my bets that it would have been provided by Ovyyus, but you are a bit more, shall we say, reactive.

True, but I guess one with good intent feels a need to react at times. My guess is Ovyyus gave up sparing with you quite a while ago.

>It was not my intention to craft a clever disguise in my return to the forum....those who cared to know my identity found it easy to do so.

That's right. All one needs to do is remember.

> I must admit that I am skeptical that your post originated solely from you. It seemed a bit too 'inspired'

It did. Too inspired, not sure your meaning there. Here's inspired...

>>And here's to you, Mr. Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
God bless you please, Mr. Robinson
Heaven holds a place for those who pray
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

Hide it in a hiding place where no one ever goes
Put it in your pantry with your cupcakes
It's a little secret, just the Robinsons' affair
Most of all, you've got to hide it from the kids

No hard feelings Mitch,

Regards,

Michael
