Ralph,

If the application is pending, it wouldn't be in the patents search - you can try the published patent application search. However, if the application was submitted as a small entity, they can request that the application not be published until approved - I know I did this for SpringCircuits. Actually, nobody really knows what is being patented only that there is a patent application related to the product. I don't know if non-small entities can request this kind of anonymity or not.

The other most common way to spell Khalil is Khaleel - so you might want to put that in your search. I have no idea ffor alternate spellings of Niazy.

Ralph,

I thought that also but then I reread the information......it says that Nazy is the promotor it never gives the name of the person who actually applied for the patent. I can not find who the inventor really is.

JJH
Business Developer: Khalil M. Niazy
For a long time, out of patriotism, the inventor refused many offers from outside his country, fearing that the credit would go to whoever finances the commercial production.

Dr. Niazy has been successful in persuading the inventor to accept the manufacturing of this machine outside of his country, and has succeeded in finding venture capital to finance the production of the first commercial model in return for exclusive marketing rights and royalty payments for him from sales.
