Hi Alexioco: to cut a perfect circle, get a router and connect a metal or wooden arm to it. Secure a bolt protruding from your flat wooden board. Use the bolt as a pivot point so the router makes that perfect circle at the diameter you want. I've made huge perfect discs, tracks etc this way. (Attach a vacuum cleaner to the dust outlet while you cut to stop your room becoming a dust bowl!)

Oh and Alexioco, pls do think of safety when your using power tools etc. so goggles, ventilation, that sort of thing, dont let your enthusiasm cost you a finger or an eye.

LOL! According to my latest IP trace I'm somewhere out in the wild blue yonder on the edge of outer space.

I’ve yet got to get some wood, in the meanwhile im going to make a test wheel out of card, already started it, if the card one does not come out how I want it then I might just post this wheel anyway...

(Edit) This new and simple movement I have found, well I explored it yesterday and brought out its full use, I have designed a simpler wheel, if it can get simpler :p, also a few changes here and there and it will be a bio directional wheel…
