ok, ok... I will be a bit more moderate on my position...
for now "I'll let this go...." (pun)
I have no direct proof... I have no proof...
letting go... a little bit ;P

You know I would just like to add here that the "personal accounts" of those lucky enough to view bessler wheel... have alot in common with my wheel design...
"Weights acted in pairs"
So do these...
"Weights gained force from their own swinging"
this is true... from inside to outside...
"Weights came to be placed together, arranged one against another"
Certainly true... are closer on one side...
"Weights applied force at right angles to the axis"
true here too... exactly
"The machine's power was directly proportional to its diameter"
this also is simaler...
"Weights were heard hitting the side of the wheel going down"
this is big help in design beginning...
Just thought I'd mention this...

You are forgetting an important quote:
"I also think itÂ’s a good thing to be completely clear about one further point. Many would-be Mobile-makers think that if they can arrange for some of the weights to be a little more distant from the center than the others, then the thing will surely revolve. A few years ago I learned all about this the hard way. And then the truth of the old proverb came home to me that one had to learn things through bitter experience. ThereÂ’s a lot more to matters of mechanics than IÂ’ve revealed to date, but since thereÂ’s no urgent need involved, IÂ’ll refrain from giving more information at the moment."
