On the matter of the Gary discussion, I must admit that I'm at the same loss now as I was with it over 10 years ago. Considering the Harpers magazine article is the only report of Gary's devices supposedly operating in, for want of a better term, 'PM mode', I must question the author's ability to critically understand the demonstrations, if indeed there were any, that he witnessed. Did the Harpers author report on actual demonstrations or was the article an example of his creative writing based upon discussion with Gary? Many times have we seen an author blur the already fuzzy line between fact and fiction in the search for increased reader interest.

Bill, sorry, but yes to "Are you talking about the current US financial crisis?" It's really THE going thing here right now. The commercial media put the smiley face onto it, but news of real events happening in DC does get out and around by means of various as-yet uncontrolled venues.

I don't know what arrangement you all might have down under, but we Americans are the ultimate guarantors (real parties of interest) for any and all debt as may be incurred by the Federal Government (formerly known before 1868 as "The General Government for the United States".)

The year 1868 was absolutely pivotal here, as that was the year in which the Fourteenth Amendment to the federal constitution was certified as ratified, and thus came into being. Pursuant to that extensive list of changes were the most important two: 1) Americans were made into "US citizens", therefor novelly becoming subject directly to the laws of the federal head, whereas before then we were only subject to the States' laws wherein we lived, the States acting as buffers of protection standing between the concerted federal power, and the rather hapless Citizens, and; 2) that newly-minted class was made into guarantors of all government debt then existing and to ever be incurred in the future. (My use of upper case/lower case in Citizen and citizen is highly significant, one essentially referencing a sovereign and the other a subject, as used in ". . . and subject to . . .".

As you might now easily understand, I think, what happened way-back-when was truly the end of our former "Grand Republic" and the experiment in true freedom, as was intended and set up by the federal constitution pursuant to The Declaration of Independence, and took a very different course, mainly slowly downward in a civil sense, appearances of progress and industrialization as a good thing soley in themselves, not withstanding.

Since 1868 when the Money Power seized us all by the shirtsleeves by creation of institutions of supposed remedial action, all to be hung upon the hook of the Civil War struggle, of course, things were to be VERY different for Americans from then on, one untoward thing being done by the government leading to the next one, with the smoking heap of impositions put upon the people ever-growing and ending, so-far, in what is happening here, now.

Since there are none remaining within living memory of most for those early singular events, obviously, except for what can rather easily be drawn from the numerous contemporaneous sources available for study, knowledge of all this most essential pre-history (prefatory action), is mostly not possessed-of by the general public but certainly can be had.

Getting back to the present, the Congress in concert with the representatives of the now very securely rooted money power - Bernanke, head of the Fed and Paulson, Treasury Secretary - are preparing to put onto our backs MULTIPLE TRILLIONS more in debt, as accumulated BY THEMSELVES, or rather their friends. The knife held to Congress' throat is the threat of the entire financial system being sent into collapse, which they, the Congress will do ALMOST anything so as to avoid. As with the laws passed in hast post the 9-11 event, duress is once again a driving force, as intended.

Of course, this is only the tip of the potential debt iceberg, with QUADRILLIONS being the ultimate goal, this representing an as-yet hidden, surprise debt of DERIVATIVES. Our ordinary minds really cannot get around the reality of such sums, real or conjured.

Merely coincident to all this, of course, is the fact that mostly all of the folks involved front-and-center of the big action in DC, are of the Zionist persuasion. This fact is noticed by MANY, mostly in wise silence, but that code of silence so carefully taught to all, mostly by means implicational/inferential, is bit by bit breaking down, as I have observed it.

It is THE RATE at which this is occurring that is surprising to me. Now, this is even before much pain at all has been felt by "main street'. In light of that observed in this regard already, one does wonder what will occur when the real stuff begins trickling down.

I agree with you on both counts. I pray for Israel every day, the real Israel and it's counterfeit as well. I pray for all of Christ's son's and daughters the world over, and those who might yet become so.

Glad you mentioned Catholicism. It is interesting that it's leaders still go around in long dark robes making a showy display of their devotion as warned against in the Holy Scriptures. Also, they prefer to be called 'father' when our true Father says: "Call no man upon the earth, father for you have but one Father and that is Yahweh."

I highly recommend Hoffman's book: "Judaism Discovered" If you can get it. It's collected truths go a long way toward understanding the truth of the scripture: "And I will cause all who call themselves Jews, but do lie, to come and kneel at your feet." The truths contained between it's covers help one understand what a 'synagogue of satan' truly is.

Also, remember that Revelation reveals that 3 "unclean expressions" looking like frogs, go about to mislead the kings of the earth, and gather them together for war with Christ when He returns.

What twisted kind of faith if must take to believe one can battle against Yahshua and His army! If I were a plebe in such a military machine, I would think quick and hard about who was pulling my strings....
