My brother in England wants to send a video to my Late brother in laws sister in New Zealand.

He was asking me what system they use over there and down under.
In the U K it's PAL, in the U S it's NTSC and in N Z it's ???

It seems that they're 3 different PAL systems, I didn't know that.
Maybe a Kiwi can narrow it down.
