I cannot imagine why nobody though on this before, including myself? It is so simple!...
I lost two of mine by the conservation of angular momentum.
I was head down on my drop handlebars cycle (age 16) when I ran into the back of a Standard Vanguard. Fortunately it was the model with a nicely rounded stern so I only broke my teeth.
