Road testing the patent details Jim ? - its been done, lol.

Dave .. it could be considered 'putting the horse before the cart' to define/find the fuel ?
By all means, build something that works by mechanics & gravity & any force from inertia derived from rotational movement & I'll help you define it as a fuel for the horse that pulls the cart & you can patent that process ;7)

How about a V8 with the cylinder head removed and the primary drive being pulled by a donkey ?
If you think you have an overunity device, think again, there is no such thing. You might just possibly have an unexpectedly efficient device. In which case you will be abducted by MIB and threatened by aliens.

I assume that was sarcasm,
I have defined the mechanisn as a apparatus claim and then taken that apparatus and defined every motion action and time/place of everything that is does as the method claim. I have also made a number of dependant claims for each each so as to broaden the scope as much as possible for each element whether it be mechanical or method.
I'm not sure if that is the same as patenting the fuel source but this will be a very slippery slope.
Roadtesting?
Dave
A great discovery solves a great problem, but there is a grain of discovery in the solution of any problem.

A very mild form ;7) - but I am glad you are actually building something to acompany the patent document - if a picture is worth a thousand words then imagine how much a working model is worth !
