Raj, you state quite clearly in the header that is IS a runner. You have stated a fact, quite different from a claim. You can claim all you want, but until you have built it, you can't say for definite that it will work.

Many on here have had runners, but in their brains only.

Build it, but hold off the celebrations until you have something solid!

If it turns out OK, then congratulations and well done.
