The saga continues ! you might ask why i bring it to this forum . well had it not been for this forum our paths would never have crossed and it would have saved me a lot of aggravation ! plus dont expect me to sing your praises after all this mess . I think the other members here deserve to know that perhaps your not quite what you represent .

after our last contact you said that the spur in question would be in the mail april 2nd . i kinda figured that was a lie to be added to all the others when i received no tracking number . and sure enough it never arrived ! but i expect you have a bs story that will cover every situation .

so anyway , i have some business to take care of at the attorneys office this week and will just file the paperwork to let him handle it . a rather trivia case for him but he owes me one . i bet he can put a couple knots in your shorts !! get your suit pressed , see ya in court .

any members here thinking of doing business with alan take heed . personally i dont believe he ever even started this project !

You never paid no money, and every time you bitched the project went back to the back of my side project to do list with all those who bitch to push. The iron work I did was a side project, promised before your stupid spur. When time allowed it was done. My livelihood comes first and that is making armor. Buddy never pushed or insulted me and he new my working conditions sucked until I moved to the new shop and now old promises could be fulfilled. But you got nasty. So in my mind once I can get to the shipper, you are to be ignored.

pretty darn good isn't it ! when you have to file a lawsuit to retrieve your own property . you under estimate the lengths i will go to just to bring it to it's proper home !

anyone here can google your name and find that this is not an isolated incident . fact is it's your norm . someday perhaps you will figure it out that you will have to roll up your shirt sleeves and actually do some honest work if your going to get ahead in this world .

a simple google search shows you live approximately 1/4 mile from the Homer, LA. post office ! a journey of such magnitude i expect a person should tow a radio flyer with sideboards piled high with mre's and water . not to mention a poncho and shelter half .
