You are correct in stating that 'Arrache' is from the French language. Like many words of any language it has more than one meaning.

I chose the name 'Arrache' in or about 1976 being in need of DBA for a limited partnership venture. Every name I submitted was refused as already being registered.

In desperation I pulled from my bookshelf a very large edition of a book called Encyclopedia of Dictionary's. I laid it upon my desk and opened it randomly paying no heed to what section I was in. Closed my eyes and put my finger on a page. when I opened my eyes I found that I was in the section titled Musical terms, my finger was on the word 'Arrache'.

It is a French musical term meaning 'Forcibly Staccato', quick, sharp abrupt strike of the key board.

It also had the advantage of starting with an 'A' which put it near the front in the phone directory and now it is also at the top of a Google search for Wheels (The link is not developed yet but I do own the domain).

The fact that the word may also imply 'pull out' is of no consequence. It is like saying: Well if you are not feeling well maybe if you were to drink some fresh well water you will get well.

Well I will be darned. did I state that well enough for it to be well understood. :-)

Here is the best way to trust,

1, NDA

2. Non Compete agreement

3. Have your new friend that wants you to trust him with "your" idea sign an affidavit declaring that they/he has exhausted all possible avenues of reseach in all avenues they were pursuing and that they do not see any current research as viable that they have in the past persued.


4. ensure that the entity or person has substantial assets that they would not want to risk by signing the aforementioned documents and revealing something or trying to go against the agreements. Deadbeats and nonprofits with nothing to lose might not be all that scared not to break agreements.

If you have the type of arrangement that you think you can go to a group that can provide this you may also want to make sure that you retain intellectual property rights to ANY further breakthroughs or innovations that come out of your initial groundbreaker.

IMO, we need exactly the opposite. Organisations have a habit of vacuuming up ideas and burying them in confidentiality clauses.

Sounds like what is yours is yours and what is theirs is yours. Tesla fell into this trap with Westinghouse and JP Morgan, to my knowledge it has never been repeated since.

It is said that there is no business or entity that can please all the people all the time, 'Arrache' is no exception. Those that trust us far outweigh your persoanl thoughts but you have the right to express them as you see fit. Fact is you are the only person publicly voicing such opinions of us! Any one with all their marbles would say that you have a bias or grudge against us.

As for Kellor it is alive and well, Kellor is the brand name chosen for a wheel design owned by parent 'Arrache' and is the sole propriety of James kelly and me. Just as 'Dodge' is a model name for a vehicle produced by Chrysler LLC. The Kellor will hopefully be ready for exhibition as the 2011 Kellor model 6-12. As cars come in various models so will the Kellor.

Bill, your point is well taken and I have no argument with it. However it is rather difficult for people to submit an idea without promising them confidentiality. That is all it is, a promise, there are no clauses made between Arrache and the submitter

When the idea proves worthless it is up to the submitter to release the info at their discretion. It is our procedure to eradicate all failed designs as well as the submitters name and address. No part of their submitted design is kept in our records.

I am saying that Arrachewheel.com web site exists but it has not been built. My son purchased the domain but it still has the hostmonster displaying advertisements for wheels.
