re: Are there any working wheels out there?
So...what works?
I keep coming back to this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsHOWv1Vevs
It is not a wheel, but I suppose it could, if it really needed to,
run some kind of crankshaft. But then again, why?
If the quest here is for overunity, why wouldn't a pendulum
energy source not be a "good thing" just because it is not
a rotating wheel. Pendulums are less complicated and generally
have less friction.
I suppose it would be worth looking into to see if it could
replace the magnets with springs. But then again, why bother.
General comments on this forum seems to suggest that
magnets sort of act like springs anyway.
The device looks good...but many of the comments suggest
ways it could be a fake. There are some videos of people
trying to replicate it. But their craftsmanship is very crude.
With many years of no progress, perhaps the challenge of a
wheel is out of reach?
Perhaps a simpler technology may yield useful results.
If you can't get it to turn, try and make it swing.

This is because, due to the lack of design information, no one will be able to add comment or suggestion. At the end of the day, all that can be seen is a rotating disc :-(
As was said in my pm to you, the world is full of simulations that perport to show ou, but that doesn't count for anything. What I also pointed out in that email was that Algodoo is riddled with bugs, and for your one working simulation bearing a load, I have 15 !!!!
My strong recommendation is that you contact Ralph at Arrache or a similar organisation who will appraise you concept and report back honestly, and if the consensus is to build a prototype, then one would be built.
Other than that, your youtube clips are a waste of time.
The above opinion is not meant to be harsh Ribby, just honest based on my own experiences.
Good luck anyway,
Chris
I personally discovered a new free energy motor. Indeed, several ones but just one with infinite COP.
The theoretical study has been completed in current 2008 and exists in French and English languages.
With help of a good friend, forenamed Alan, I hope to build soon the first prototype.

That's nice. I'm pleased.I personally discovered a new free energy motor. Indeed, several ones but just one with infinite COP.

RealWheel
I am only dealing with a hand full of people to do a possible build but I also have my own that is to be with Arrache. From what you said I can not place you. Please clarify.
Alan
As far as I know I am the only Alan here. I am not sure who you are, at least not under RealWheel. Please let me know who you are?I personally discovered a new free energy motor. Indeed, several ones but just one with infinite COP.

Bill, I currently believe that the design of the BW is something like the image attached. I'm not saying that this is the mechanism at all, just the general idea. A pendulum device tapping the edge of the wheel pulling it down. Mind you my thoughts change all the time.

Gears & belts & paddles knocking about!
Friction...Friction...noise/vibration/wear.
And complicated beyond my clear understanding.
Where is that "...carpenter's boy..." simplicity these days?
re: Are there any working wheels out there?
Ribby, I have an answer to the question of this post...it is another question...

Perhaps you will also have to build your PM powered generator also in phun.
