Well there you have it! I think there's a lesson here for everyone.
Common sense dictates that if you're worried about pirates stealing your sensitive I.P rights, then for your own sake don't go broadcasting ANYTHING into the world public arena before you take the appropriate steps of some protection, particularly where claims of a working free energy device of whatever type is involved. Once you broadcast even a part of your I.P, particularly if you have no patent protection in the first instance(whaaat!!!), you may seriously run the risk of a legitimate challenge from any person or business from anywhere in the world to deny you that monopoly, if they can prove you disclosed part or all of that information freely to the public before your priority date issue. It could tie you up in battle for years and perhaps mega bucks to prove you are the original owner. You may disagree to this possibility and that's okay.
Tommyk and others may indeed have working machines, and thats great. They are entitled to say so and to be given that respect to disclose all details when they are ready. (I have since apologised for my disrespect for an earlier thread.) However, the other fine brains that peruse this website are also entitled to be respected when they are critical of anything that they may read, and not to be told F.U. by anybody!. We all have our moments, but these sort of remarks by anyone I think could really undermine the overall good standard of this board. BTW, I will certainly try my best to practice what I preach! Sometimes you do need a thick skin. My observations are that the bulk of people on this board truly believe JB did do it and I'm sure most are genuine and respectful researchers. For some its a hobby and they cruise, while others have a burning passion and want answers sooner rather than later!!!. Some even have a passion to be skeptical. ( who dares!!)
AND YES. As sure as night becomes day, there will always be some pirates lurking out there. But hey! Thats the overall risk you take once you consciously decide to broadcast your ideas to the world. It's each person's own decision as to what they give out and what they don't. Isn't it? Thats my opinion. Bye.
