Another way to implement the 'V-shaped' design

The drawing below shows the medium plane of the wheel.
There are four holes, each one containing a spherical ball.
The different size of the balls allow to obtain the famous 'V' shape when two other planes are added (in red in the bottom part).
The numerous weights located in the box of Bessler (during the transfer of the wheel) could be in fact just some rollers (in light blue in the drawing) but not the working weights.
The real weights in that case are the heavy balls (in red).
This central plane (in yellow) is balanced (excepted the variation of surface of the holes) and is the flywheel of the system thanks the rollers.
Now the question is: how to oblige this assembly to keep the same eccentered position.

I cannot imagine why nobody though on this before, including myself? It is so simple!...
