its in slovak language soo brief translation is there is a downhill with 2.5meters high diference ..however cars and everthing on that hill is going backward. There were even controling if it is not only an illusion ..but its not.

Just another "mystery hill" where the surrounding terrain produces an optical allusion. Their spirit level and their trough of water show true but the mind has a hard time orienting because of the hills in the background.
well...there were already geodetical measurments done to find out if it is optical illusion, not saying it isnt ..just there were already some test to rule out this possibility.
