No, he is giving you the verbal run around, just as he does by not addressing whether the principle is only gravity. He is nether lying or telling the truth; he is letting people jump to their own misguided conclusions. Every word in Bessler’s books were very carefully chosen to misdirect where ever possible.

Not exactly as he always leaves loop-holes and other trails, so later when it went to court he could defend his principle, asking price, and content of his books as the truth is hidden in the rhetoric. Even if his principle is unique somewhere it is stated in AP in around about way in my opinion.
