Suggestion for people who get a working wheel.

Post by Ed »

I know of not one working free energy device, gravity or otherwise, that has been substantiated to date. I am willing to believe that someone somewhere might have one already, and if not I'm sure someone will in the (hopefully near) future.

My bit of advice is to keep it to yourself. That's right! If you aren't willing to give any details because of one reason or another then don't tell anyone about it, or else be prepared to have people ask questions and request proof. That is only fair, don't you think.

You are making a conscious decision to announce to a group that you have a working device, and that means you should be prepared at that point to answer questions and supply evidence, especially to such a big claim.

Movie stars probably don't like having no privacy, but they don't have to make millions of dollars per film either. They make a choice, and so do you.

If you do make a break-thru and screw around afterward, you are being careless and (to some degree) ignorant. There is actually two phases to this endeavor.

1. Develop a working device
2. Properly disseminate the information, freely or otherwise

No. 2 might prove more difficult than No. 1, and I don't think Bessler was the greedy hold-out that he is given credit to be. I think he started down a certain path and then found it became too difficult to turn back. Once you get set down a path...look at Darrell. If he keeps going without proof, no one will want to listen to him even if he actually DOES have a working wheel. If he can't explain it on the back of a business card, then no one will take the time to figure out what he is up to when he finally IS willing to "tell all".

Ok, I'm done. :-)

For newcomers who haven't see this before, this is The Plan... (I posted this a while back.)

A] First get something that works!!!

B] Take steps to insure the idea survives in case of calamity.

C] Define the principle or the reason why it works!

D] Design a simple cheap working POP (proof of principle) sample model.

F] Build as many of these models as money/time/reasoning suggest.

G] Plan Ad campaign, including literature, web space, documentation, etc.

H] Write patent applications for most major countries.

I] Prepare a list of names, addresses of who is to receive what.

J] Always continue research into increasing power output and alternate designs.

K] Load up on liability and life insurance.

L] When all is prepared, file patents, upload web site, mail plans, ship models, etc. Hit the media hard! Make a sensation! Be on the evening news worldwide.

Do what needs to be done to keep those in power from suppressing your invention. It is much harder to put the genie back into the bottle after everyone has seen it. They move slow. You must move fast. The window of opportunity is between when the PTO receives your application and when someone reviewing it realizes what your invention really does.

Just my humble opinion.

SSMITH,

YOU HAVE COMPROMISED MY BUSINESS PLANS.

MR VANDUSEN

Now this is what I'm talking about!

No Darrell, YOU compromised your plans. First, if you were so worried about it, then you should have stayed away from the groups claiming you have a working wheel. And second, if that video compromises anything, then your plans must be pretty crummy!

jim_mich,
That's a good contingency plan.Everyone should print it out and hang by their workbench. If you should succeed, take a deep breath and read it again.I imagine not screaming to the world would be very difficult, but you must be able to maintain your composure at that critical moment, and jim's list might do the trick.
Trying to turn the spinning in my brain into something useful before moving on to the next life.

I belive you should print out tons of copys put them in the mail as soon as you have prof that you sent you patent in. Mail them to the news and anyone else you can think of but make sure you time it right so before you get anything back form the patent office saying you cant tell anyone about your findings the new will be opening it and everyone will already know about it. You could also get the news to go with you to the patent office and after you get what ever you need to prove you sent the patent in show the news a working model but make sure not to tell them to much about it till you can get you patent approved. Also posting the design on this site would be very helpful also that way you could have copys all around the world and if you fail maybe one of the other people will get it through and then because of them the news will look into your story and find out your idea works.

Just a though.

I'm sort of faced with the dilemma that this thread addresses. I DO have a DESIGN that I "feel" really positive about. But, I have had that feeling before and the design failured to work when constructed...hopefully, this time will be different.

What would I do IF this time IS different?

Well, applying for a patent does seem to be a logical route. Even if I do get ripped off international by intellectual property thieves, at least I would have some claim to having made the BIG discovery. Even if I never made a penny on it, at least my name would be linked to Bessler's throughout history...that's kind of a nice reward for my DECADES of work!

I think that as soon as my patent attorney gets the ball rolling on the application, I would contact the media. Maybe some news crews could squeeze themselves down into my basement workshop and I would give them a quick demo and answer questions. Hopefully, that would give me some protection from just "mysteriously" disappearing in the event that all of that conspiracy balony I've read about over the years has any validity to it. Of course, I would still have to worry about random kooks trying to knock me off (remember John Lennon), so I would not want my address advertised...maybe hiring some body guards would be a good idea and I would want to start wearing bullet resistant clothing too!

Aside from the above, I think I'll deal with the rest as it comes up (gee, it's fun to dream...)

Ken

Oh, by the way, does anybody here know how I can get in touch with a guy from (I think) Norway by the name of Oystein Rustad?
On 7/6/06, I found, in any overbalanced gravity wheel with rotation rate, ω, axle to CG distance d, and CG dip angle φ, the average vertical velocity of its drive weights is downward and given by:

Vaver = -2(√2)πdωcosφ
