The recommendation is to remove any FlashPlayer-plugin and reinstall a certified version.
This seems to be also valuable for Linux.
I have been obliged to do the same correction two days ago, after observing some strange thinks with Firefox, specially under YouTube.
I disabled the Adobe repository, removed their flash plugin, and instead I installed gnash.
