a little more than 1 revolution, that produced 4 spikes of (harvestable?) third derivative energy from the fifth demension of the time/space fabric!
I see beyond the mechanics to an actual principle. I like the phase-shifting property of the bell-crank.

Yea, I always knew you were a visionary------------------Sam

Yeah, Walter the Visionary. Nice ring to that.
Now on a more practical level in the design of perpetual motion one has to ask, perpetual what?! Are you crazy? There is more than one reason why you need your head examined.
When one asks, "what's the problem?", the answer, "it's impossible in the real world!" brings everyone to the obvious answer, "alter reality."
What else could be imagined that might be built & would work in this universe? What would it look like? SciFi? What would one build it out of? NoExistium?
Can it be improved? Now we're back to, "are you crazy?"
How do we ever get out of this perpetual loop?
Visionary, huh?

1:30 PM here, Too late to try it.
The machine is all together except for the weights. Good clearances every where. Every thing running smoothly, no binding up, no interferences. And good static balance, a minor miracle!
I'll try it in the morning-------------------Sam

As usual, wheel NOT working,
It looks to be balanced. The bell-crank weights balance out roller weights. Not sure what can be done about it, if any thing. Foiled again, best I can tell----------------Sam

Hi Sam Peppiatt. Would you by chance have any advice about materials I could use on my drawing for the realigning gravity thruster wheel in my grease power thread? You seem to be really into building with metals and stuff.

Re: Zeroing in on Bessler's wheel
Preoccupied,
I don't know, it's not easy. McMaster-Carr probably has every thing you need, as far as parts go. But, you have to have a bit of a machine shop to go with it. Is there any way you could reduce your design to more like two arms or two mechanisms. You know? one on each side. This would make it a lot easer to build.
I started building PM machines in 1962. That's 60 years or so and I still struggle with it--------------I don't think you should try it but, thanks for asking me--------------------Sam

Re: Zeroing in on Bessler's wheel
Sam Peppiatt,
Sure I want to build perpetual motion machines but I don't have a budget right now for it and I don't have a machine shop.
I actually might have an advantage over you guys despite my brain damage because I paid 5 billion dollars for a diary by Bessler when I was 5 years old but I don't know what happened to my house and property from then. Candice made me move out because I wasn't sharing money with her, she preferred to pay rent than live in my house while I was being selfish. I think that's what happened. I was a child that owned a trust or bank. Candice was my mother. I'm out of contact with my bank, don't know what's happening. So I think that i had been making music or album music that would be published by celebrities in a way that the celebrities are like an employee of my bank, and I used songs in various famous people's diaries that I paid billions of dollars for to make music lyrics from. Bessler has some music that I made but I would be guessing if I picked out which bands it is since I don't remember. Maybe I can guess in private if you want to know which songs I think were from his diary. So I'm saying there is a good chance that i just blatantly know Bessler's secret and am having a hard time remembering it. Take that into consideration because I might have Bessler's wheel in my most recent design. This realigning gravity thruster is probably one of Bessler's wheels.
Some key points of my design is that it works like a clacker toy. the overbalanced wheel that is created pushes into its own reload mechanism like a clacker toy. Also as it pushes into the clacker toy so to say it aggressively increases until it doubles. If you were to take an axle and pull on it infinite speed regardless of how long the levers are, you would not more than double the input force speed. It would drag along with a frame of reference of the weights in their positions, I think and only double their input force speed. So if you had weights falling and you lifted up on their axle you would only be able to double the rate that they fall together, I think, and they will follow the direction of the axle some moving in space in that direction before clacking only being able to double its input force speed. If it start static in like space I think it would start slow and slowly double until its faster. but I don't know what I'm talking about about the physics I'm just guessing. I'm exactly guessing that gravities effects can only be doubled. So the force of gravity falling can only be doubled by the clacker effect. Is that bad guess? Because the weights would also be able to move in the direction of the axle some. The axle could move at infinite speed and the weights would follow in the direction and come together by doubling. It's probably a bad guess. I think the frame of reference changes can only double.

Hi preoccupied,
I wish I could be of more help. My feeling is; your Idea is too complex. You should try to find some way, to simplify it--Sam

Re: Zeroing in on Bessler's wheel
Don't challenge me to be perfect. The weights flap down and then flap back up to a vertical position because one weight is heavier than the other. They lift by means of gear a weight up one direction and then somehow the same thing has to happen on the reverse side with the same stick with two weights on it. So the gears have to have a special ratchet system potentially or there is a mechanism that can do this that I don't know about yet. It's possible that the ratchet only catches if the weights fall some and when they are separated they let it pass through which might work. I think you want me to provide a drawing of a test that can be done with two sets of weights. You could just cut out everything except the top left green elvers and the bottom right green levers and the vertical red weights and see if you can cause the red weight to lift up if you pull on the wheel aggressively while the green weights fall. Does that make sense?edit actually you just need the top left green weights and a vertical red weights because you just need to know if you can lift the red weights with the green weights if the wheel is tugging on it. You don't have to test if it can be over balanced, the red weights being lifted determines that. the proof of concept for the green weights clacker toy effect is just the top left green weights and lifting two weights vertically with them.

Good effort on your build, Sam. I hope you're documenting your builds with photos. It would make a heck of a coffee table book if done right.
Hope I didn't sound negative about the effort to figure out PM. I'm still in hot persuit. I'd like to plagerize myself and revisit what I thought about your build.

This is a cool phase shifter of forces. Pull down & it rings your bell! Would be neat to see your version of it. I'll have to wait for your coffee table book. I want an autographed copy, please.
I think the bell crank might easily be part of a larger design path.
ETA
again, thanks for sharing your efforts.
Keep truckin'! buddy.

I'm working on a transmission, a bit different than the bell crank.
