My thumb looks about half as bad as your toe. My wheel spinning nearly took my thumbnail off. It hit so hard it broke a weld along with my thumbnail. I just have a few timing issues to solve for a smooth shift on this one. :))

i certainly hope you can make it run . i have pinched my fingers many times in this wheel . lotsa blood !! i was working with 12 weights at 14.5 lbs each . trying to time that nuch weight was a nite mare !!!
i am sorry to hear of your thumb . i can relate to that !!!! so be very careful
my foot looks much worse now , nail gone , more area involved . yesterday i cut a bunch off with a razor blade , got bare bone now . got more trimmin ta do . not much fun !!! gotta do what ya gotta do .
my advice to anyone in south western AZ. and needing healthcare Go somewhere else other than YUMA !!! great place if you speak mexican and are illegal !!! other people can go ta hell . i did spend a few days in the hospital back in march april , bill came , $27,000 , and i walked out with the same bum hoof !!! no change what so ever . thay sure know how to count well !!!

Hay Doc

It was spinning at about 70 RPM and was skipping shifts, and I was noting that it was nipping the side of the test stand. So I tried to widen the test stand to see if that is what was causing then miss shift and BLAMB!! S O B. That ended my night to go doctor my thumb.

You guy are heaps funny, my wheel at this stage is awesome. It is a flat disc with some bearings around an axle. Cool eh!

More work to be done. Got most of the parts ready though.
