Yes I think it should send you an acknowledgment. Also I always receive and email when a donation is made and I have not received one from you. Sorry something must have gone wrong. Please check your paypal account configuration and try again.

Thanks,
Scott

The website makes me sign in twice before it will let me in, and usually this clears all the new post markers. But today it did that without removing the markers. :)

It's such a joy to have the pages load so fast with no more frustrating half-loaded pages requiring numerous reloading in order to read the last few postings.

This is a big thank you to Scott for everything that he has done.

Glad to hear the good reports! The real thanks goes to those who've donated over the years to make it possible.

Jonathan, I've noticed the same thing at my work computer, but not at other computers. This makes me think the problem is related to the local network or firewall. Does anyone else have this problem?

Greetings scott

I have one question. When will the sight be able to post short videos? Please :) I don't just want to do youtube but post some others here for less exposure.

Fantastic Scott, well done and thanks! I'd almost given up trying to use the site as pages rarely loaded completely and I was having a hell of a job trying to post, but now the site is very fast and working great! I will definitely be using the forum more in the New Year and have lots of information to post. I've just about managed to keep up with events on the forum and it's nice to see Jonathan making a return - it feels just like old times! I was also sorry to hear about John and other people's health problems, and hope you're all recovering well. I've not been able to spend much time on Bessler research this year, but I'm gradually getting through a backlog of other work and have just moved house again over the last few weeks, which should mean I'll be able to spend much more time on Bessler research next year. (I might even get my damn Bessler website up and running with a bit of luck!). Anyway, here's wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, and here's also hoping that next year's the year we manage to recreate a Bessler wheel! (Or, if someone wants to get me one for Christmas that would be even better! ;-)

All the best

I never had this problem before the upgrade and page loading seemed ok also. So for me with the upgrade; things didn't change too much .
Overall though, there does seem to be an improvement in speed with the new service. Let's hope that "reliability" is another quality of the new service.
Time will tell.

Graham

Try the Albums pages.

I'm in Australia and each entire page including animations load fully in 3 seconds! Amazing.

Must have been one of the lucky few without too many ongoing problems - business as usual :) But the albums pages now loads quickly as everybody has said & that's a big plus - well done scott !

After looking into this a little, there are not many options out there besides mods to allow embedding youtube and google videos in your posts.

Currently the forum can already accept the following video formats:

swf avi mpeg mpg rm wma wmv

Would that be sufficient if I increase the allowed file size?

Thanks,
Scott
