My Stork's bill drawing that I made in MS Paint looks similar to the drawing that I saw on Bessler wheel and if I say that I'm inspired by the drawings that I saw on Bessler Wheel am I guilty of plagiarism? It looks very similar to one drawing but it wasn't necessary to draw it so similar. So it might be artistically similar. The important part of the design is the intended utility function of the wheel which is unique to how other people are perceiving the stork's bill. It wasn't necessary to draw it artistically similar to the other drawings it just happened that way because i was inspired by those drawings. Likewise their drawings were inspired by the toy page and stork's bill's illustrated by Bessler.
