Weight question

My doubt: ball weight on lever (C) I suppose still present on wheel (A) by wheel (B) interconnection but ratio velocity change between lever and wheel (B) may lighter this ball weight relatively to wheel (A) ? and.... potential or kinetic energy necessary to pull up (rotate) wheel (B) is subtracted from wheel (A) ?

This one looks good. I believe you are going to find the answer.

However in this design as the weight leaves A and hops onto B,
(Like the child who jumps on and off the merry=go=round.)
a shift in this weight will give the left side of A more weight.

Wheel A will have less weight on the right side of it as the COG shifts to
its left.
It may be a balanced system.

Hi Claudio Unstabel,
you are comming closer with your designs, you speed up 2 years developement in 2 weeks, great.

It looks for me, that you like to use chains instead off gears. As 'blue drum' were I used chains, and said it has OU. What I am missing is the swinging.

I am at work now, and cannot post you my version, it is on my home computer.

Also wheeler is right with his view of child version, jumping. I said it several times to the board, go to the kindergarten and watch what childs are doing on a swing.

Please, both, try to translate 'Die Erfindung des RUPFERER'S '. What is the meaning for that in your language.

Jumping may give you an advantage, thats correct. But what, when a child stands up in the right moment ? More or less advantage for the wheel turning ? I know you will find the answer.

Compare a child with a segmented cylinder with springs. What is common ?

I believe you are refereing to the effect as this.
A child on a swing is spinning with legs tucked.

As he/she lets legs out, (swing spin will slow)
Then as legs are brought in, (swing spin will increase) as circle is made smaller.
My studies include many such tests.

same is done with the segmented cylinders. Jump(falling forward with impact on the downgoing side), and standup(to make it heavier on this side). Repeating 8 times per revolution.

This is a solution of the bidirectional wheel. Maybe not Besslers one, but mine.

The selfstarting, one directional wheel I can show you in the evening. To simple to believe.

Recently I have made one experiment: I have one weight connected to one rope, this rope pass trought a short tube that I keep with my hand. In the other hand I keep the free side of the rope. Now I start to rotate the weight above my head (like a cowboy rope) and immediatly lock my hand (tube kepting hand) and pull a rope by other hand to shorten the lenght of my rope. When I do this, weight have a tremendous acceleration because of shorten radius. Maybe if we change radius in some position of the wheel we "gain a little bit energy" but I don't know how do this for now.

you get the same result, when you suddenly try to stop it, opposite of the mass.

That's why Bessler used an impact on the downgoing side. Suddenly try to stop falling(impact). The reaction is acceleration.

The function is like a saw shape. Fast up, slow down. As 'RUPFEN' predicts.

There's something I'd like to point out that might alter opinions about the use of impact in Bessler's wheel. Fischer von Erlach clearly stated that there was the sound of a weight landing gently on the side towards which the wheel turned.

To me this implies that the weight moved in a way that altered the cog, and that impact was a consequence of the move but not an important part. In other words impact was not necessary to the wheel's rotation, other wise it would have created a much more distinct sound. Movement of the weight resulted in a change in the centre of gravity, thus causing the wheel to seek punctum quietus again.

His phrase makes me think that the weight was heavy but moved with relative control and eveness of movement.

It's just another drawing of an idea Wheeler. Where is the photo or clip of it turning on its own, in replication of Bessler's wheel? It's just another drawing of an unproven idea. I want to believe too.

As you know, Georg has been teasing for years with this same old gem, trying to convince people that he's solved Bessler's wheel. The fact is that Georg is unable to provide any proof - just drawings and photo's of 'works in progress'. Georg seems only able to convince those who are willing to believe him without demanding any proof.

I keep asking why there is never any proof and I keep getting the brush-off. As do others. Georg accuses anyone that asks difficult questions, or asks for proof, that they're closed minded or stupid or intent on suppressing some truth!

We've heard it all before from people who make up stories of success. Why do his drawings and ideas keep changing if Georg has succeeded in solving this a couple of years ago? It doesn't make any sense. Sometimes the need to succeed overwhelms reason - we've all experienced that at some point - it's the only explanation that does make sense. As usual, I stand ready and willing to be corrected.

I must agree with you that it seems a bit off to post that he has done this without followup, but I am only giving him the benefit of doubt.

I have criticized him for not posting his video in a format that was clear.

I know you do hold in your mind that it is possible, but also have more experience with George.

George if you can, would you please back up some of your drawings with arrows and even better a drafted design.

It may be that George can not post too much, for fear of politics, or that his design will be reveled.

There is the possibility that he would want the excitement of leading us on. If he seeks this, it has worked again.

Now I know George will forgive me for this if he is truly a scientist and knows how each of us work hard to understand each other, but I must say that I have had the feeling that (Unstable) Claudio may not be real.

The timing and lead into Georges ideas has been perfect.
