A single pendulum...
Turn wheel1 with your hand only 10 degrees clockwise.
Pegs6 at 45 degrees intervals on rim of flywheel1 will push lever arm of pendulum5 on fix axle7 clockwise and raise circle-arc-shaped Bob/weight on the ascending side.
Bob/weight will swing backward when peg6 will release lever arm of pendulum after 10 degrees turn of wheel. By swinging back, due to gravitational force, bob/weight, geared to ratchet wheel, will turn ratchet wheel4 and flywheel 90 degrees plus, increasing angular momentum of flywheel1 every 45 degrees wheel pegs will be repeating the pushing, lifting of bob/weight.
