Please understand that I admire your resilience and drive.
What you must understand is that when a design is assessed , all emotion is removed . It is a clinical process.
No offence is meant when a negative assessment is posted. It is just a reality check which enables the submittors to adapt the idea or scrap it.
Ultimately, the onus is on the proposer to fully explain matters, not the other way round.

You be paranoid to the extreme or I am naïve enough to play risk. Do you think mortal laws will devoir this immortal concept of perpetual motion? If someone finds a perpetual motion machine and is definitively the origin of it, it will have special privilege in the minds of men. No man wants laws for laws sake but rather to serve the interests of their hearts. In their conscience, all men in congresses worldwide would write the rules to suit the inventor of a perpetual motion machine. If I invent a perpetual motion machine or a valuable physics discovery and it has great value indeed then I will be rewarded with the best patent protections the imagination of lawmakers would be able to muster. I expect no less from emotionally enthusiastic people viewing the impossible given to them in any way.triplock wrote:Preoccupied
Firstly, thanks for posting the link to the Dragons Den episode featuring the nasal filters.
I love this program. Capitalism in its purest form . It's a dog eat dog world I'm afraid.
In regards to your water wheel / hydraulic jack affair, I don't know what to say . I'm dumbfounded tbh.
Chris
PS I won't ever speak for Ralph but your design falls on to points I'm afraid:
A) It clearly won't worked.
B) For Arrache to invest time and resources in converting a concept into a build it has to have proprietary value, meaning patentability , commercialisation and financial return. As the idea has been published on an open forum , it has been disclosed - so it's game over .

Re: re: kinetic energy hypothesis
Fine then. Then don't build any wheel in the future similar to the one I've posted here as I've tried to explain it before in greater detail to one of you before and it was struck down. If you don't like my idea then stick your onus where the sun don't shine. You don't have to build my idea or ANY idea containing its concept. I never expect you to build any of my ideas. You guys are tight asses.triplock wrote:Preoccupied

I have to make it clear, and this is my own personal position, I do not involve myself with the emotional / philosophical side of this PM debate. It is a distraction at best and counter productive at worst.
All I care about it looking at an arrangement , and asking whether it is original , will it work and is it patentable ?.
That's it.

My arse is certainly tight. I can't , however, vouch for the condition of Ralph's . You'll have to await his response if he wishes to give one.
Finally, don't get so fed up Preoccupied; I'm only saying things how they are without the sugar coating.

You need to relax; all us genius guys are so high strung. Look they left that big gap of Future Genius and #1 for you … would have thought you would rate higher 8P. You haven't emailed them your name yet? You better get started on that list 8/ . By the looks of the list perpetual motion is a side dish, but out of my league as my expertise is roadrunners.

re: kinetic energy hypothesis
daxwc,
My use of the word "genius" is really subjective because I had several concussions, just as any phrase I might say in a description might be subjective to meaning. Literally the "millions of years worth" of unpublished accomplishments before my initial concussion year 2002 is what would measure the supposed genius IQ. I wouldn't pass past retard on many intellectual tests for IQ as of right now, but I clearly have fragments of a previous somewhat educated or at least competent persona. I plan to work on khan academy to try to rebuild what I can and maybe I will take an IQ test when I'm ready for it. However, I have nothing, almost nothing, now, to work with intellectually. My last concussion was being hit over the head with a hammer, a house pipe, and I think I might have been tricked into drinking gasoline year 2008. I think I'm getting better year by year. What I was told is that I have 7 years of real brain healing and then it kind of levels out. I don't know if that's true. I don't think that I was that badly damaged year 2008 (2002 was much worse) but it was not a good experience for me. I could be right about everything I say or try to say just because I was really smart at one time. Even though I didn't flaunt it: I was clever guy when I was young.
I don't think I would have redemption for my claims of past accomplishment that was lost unless I can remember one of them. I guess that is motivating me to work on stuff in my spare time and post on Bessler Wheel; in addition to, of course, that this is a really super cool topic to talk about. Johann Bessler is an awesome guy in history.

I am young enough to be in my 20's but old enough that if I had worked hard all of my life without concussions I would probably be in the same situations as my peers from childhood that have gotten doctors degrees in sciences by now.

re: kinetic energy hypothesis
This is the same thing with a different male part to push the water. The male part is really large and heavy. It should force the water with its weight by going into the pipe air tight and the water up the tub into the reservoir. It's better than the previous MS painting because it's a fixed position that goes up and down, a nice tight fit for the male part to go into the female part (female part is the pipe). The male and female connection is now really tight and there is no need for fins to push against the walls of the pipe as was located in the previous ms painting.
I will humble myself. I have this idea. And it is good. Do what you will with it but don't use it to have free energy from gravity because it will slow down the planet and cause a problem or life on Earth. If I'm right. If I'm right and it can use gravity to produce physical work. I don't remember my theory for why it would work, that was a long time ago. I can't remember. I would have to backtrack look at writing and I might not even have that anymore. If it works it works for some reason. =-D
Triplock,
I appreciate you. You're really on the ball this time. If you were a dog I would scratch your belly. If you were a cat I would give you warm milk until you started to purr. Since you are neither of these, I will just say thank you for a job well done. Having straight answers, makes me feel something that resembles joy. (accuracy is the best medicine.)
EDIT
The water pressure is blocked from leaving the tub, and this is the main reason it would work out. That is the brown line near the gray part of the tub, a valve the closes or a one way valve of some kind, a lever maybe. The stamp would have extra space to fall into thereby allowing all of the water that escapes the value plus all of the water returned to the pipe from falling off of the wheel pushed up the tub again and more or the exact amount of water that was on the wheel before back into the reservoir.
The notion that I could benefit from anything I do in the fixed game the USA gives to its citizen is bonkers. I could be wrong or right about any idea that I have, I would never see a dime in return for any accomplishment. I am trapped, as a slave, in this horrible system. While I think the game is rigged economically, I will defend it to the death - if only I could prove it by being sent to Iraq and wrestling with the terrorist group ISIL myself with my bare hands. I would show them a thing or two about stupid charging into gunfire with the intent to use unarmed combat to destroy them. That is the rage I feel towards ISIL. I hate ISIL. I want to torture those bad men.
I will give away all of my ideas freely. I have nothing to look forward to.

re: kinetic energy hypothesis
Preoccupied, your latest will not work because the stroke loss caused by your mechanical advantage will not raise the stamp high enough to overcome hydrostatic head on impact.
I have posted this before, but there is an important lesson on distance vs mechanical advantage at 1:50 the same law applies to Levers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suDJARX0nMA
Or 2:58 on this video on levers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuPyvTQBwfQ
Show us a way around the distance loss.

Crickets… Preoccupied, anybody figure this out and all the awards, fame and money will be his and probably get their name on that IQ chart. Can you design a mechanical advantage with no height loss?
One path on the road; Bessler says stork bills are important is it because the fulcrum can be made to slide in relation to the frame of reference?

re: kinetic energy hypothesis
I'm sorry guys. I was hot that day. I didn't mean to make a big deal about this dead concept that I can barely remember. Here is the rest that I can remember:
The drawing shows a male piece that allows the counter weight to be lifted without traveling the full 2x distance that the water traveled up the pipe. What happens is the male piece is pushed by its outer part into the bellows and the bellows lets out some air as the inner piece relieves itself without effort using a weak spring. This transfers the space that was water to space that was air by theory and by theory that has a different trait that maybe is energy or space or something like that, if it works as intended. The counter weight literally weighs about as much as the hydrostatic pressure so by not forcing the bellow to travel 2x the distance, I allow the counter weight to BE all of the lifted weight force. This makes no sense if you just look at it. You have to have an imagination and believe that the air is somehow a different energy when compressed than the water. So if I take the space that the water was in and fill it with air and allow that air to freely escape as I pull the male piece back into the bellows and the spring puts the inner piece to the male piece back into thrusting position (yeah that's what she said) then the lever is able to lift the counter weight equal to the weight of the hydrostatic pressure almost. However I might not know what I'm talking about and that is why I'm so frustrated that I got overzealous during my forehead dripping moments in the heat of the day. It was stressful. My air conditioner is not working right. Man, I'm 50% sure that I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm really sorry. This topic is supposed to be about my very serious kinetic energy experiments like the dumbbell experiment and flying cars. I am a flawed man.
