There is a realistic view on space affairs that I need to comment.
Absolutely, there are thousands of different points, so as advertise, politic gains, many, many specialties in development, etc, etc, and a huge business and money flowing... burning... without instant profit return...
... but I really admire that anyway these stuffs are done and deal, because they bring a magnificent pure scientific and technological gain, even if they are far of one's mean daily life!
This is really huge and precious stuff to human history. 8)
