No, sorry Gene, the time for "curious" questions is over. No more chances to parse the distinction between chicken feed and chicken shit. You have been a burden around here for far too long already. You chose this path. Where do we go from here?

It is up to you. Please remember you are now on a hair trigger. Anyone can look at the little white text bread crumbs in your latest posts and understand why I made my decision, going all the way back to your claiming that calling someone an "idiot" was in fact a mark of distinction.

Oh great - now that really blows. I could almost handle the fling with coylo and then Scott... but now I find out there's Robert too! It's going to be hard to trust again.

This is not true. In other words it's a lie. Could you post a link to where I said that?

The idea of preserving the context of a response (little white bread crumbs) is a good one considering how people can't let their words stand. People sometime edit their posts.

It was a tough question. I don't blame you for not answering it.

I didn't put any words in your mouth, you accused me of being a hack, when in fact I let you in on a well known adage of successful software engineering.

No, in fact my tighty whities are in a wad because I can hardly stand to read another one of your posts.

OK, it's not often that people are so blunt about it but yes. When push comes to shove, I do have the ultimate authority here on Besslerwheel.com. Is this all just an exercise to see how far you can push it?

Gene,

What the h--l is it with you? Your spread your BS into every thread that comes along like cancer. When was the last time you were serious about wheel talk. Or had anything wheel related to talk about.

Robert started his own Web page, why don't you go hack it. The two of you make a good pair. You can sit around and insult each other to your hearts content!

It is obvious you are not making any friends here, so why not attempt to find someplace where your insults and flaming will be better appreciated.

This thread is supposed to be educating (_?_) like me how to use and maintain a Blog. Not use up three pages for your personal bickering with other members and the moderator.

Your constant (_e=mc2_) remarks about usage of the english language may impress your self but all they show me is an inferiority complex. Go shout elsewhere please, and yes I know who passed along the "assicons"

If I were capable of hacking this forum for any intention it would be to bang on your red button with a vengance.

Scott,

Thanks for being real. The nature of true authority is that who ever has it is also subject to it. Otherwise they're lawless. A practical example of that is the police insisting that you tell them the truth all the while they're lying to you.

The point that Robert made was:
  • The reputation system is meaningless.
I'm sure he had no idea that he could be banned considering he needed to be knocked down several pegs before that could happen and also he'd have a month to 'straighten up'. I'm sure he thought that because that was what he was led to believe. Yet he learned differently.

There are clear boundaries between what is right and wrong. If those that set up an organization of rules can't live within those same rules how can they expect anyone else to? It isn't right if they don't and ultimately they create chaos. That sort of lawlessness is probably the single largest factor behind the problems in the world today.

You've created a system of rules then you stepped outside them and banned Robert. I don't think that was right.

I clicked on my question above and was lead right back to electro-mechanical utilization, What does that have to do with an early 1700's mechanical wheel.

So your smart enough to let us know that you are aware of such things.
"That's nice!"

I have an education too! I went to charm school to learn to say "thats nice" instead of screw You!

I don't live in the 1700's.

Gene

edit: That's nice, Ralph, that you have an education.

Oops... would anyone else like to read Gene's edited post prior to this one - in the name of "preservation", of course?

I can see you missed the point (again), oovyyus. If you spend the time to respond to a post and then some changes it your entire context is gone.

But I did enjoy your contribution of the assicons. That was a very good contribution from someone with a highly retarded reputation. You are so worthy.

Gene

I wont bother to edit this one.

So, you must think everyone on the forum with a reputation greater than yours - or even like mine - has a "retarded reputation".

I've already said what I think of the reputation system. Aren't you reading this thread? Most of the comments you've added were on par with your assicon one.

Gene

edit: I take that part 'most' back. I'd like to change it to 'all'. Could you point me to one serious comment you've made? I might change my mind. Did you like the ovy boy assicon? You can have it. Consider it a gift.
