Thanks to our brief interaction on the Grimer Forum (for which I thank you) I now have a design which may be described using your words as having "some similarities but with a new twist".

I wonder what happened to Irish Oracle. At least he had the decency not to "Trevor" us.

Oh! I nearly forgot. You'll find my design in Blogland - where members rarely set foot. 8-)

Edit: And having now read the rest of this thread I must say that I agree with Broli. However, I respect people's right to take a different view for their own legitimate reasons.

Broli, please explain how open source will protect the inventor. I seriously want to learn more. My current thought is that without a patent, the inventor will quickly be forgotten. Also, whether open source or patented, what would prevent a huge energy company from making modifications and patenting it for themselves?
