The reason Milkovic's pendulum lifts the lever when it is swinging, is not for the reason he thinks, which is its momentum, it is because the weight on the pendulum is changing direction at the bottom of its swing. Which is why when I pump my dumb bells I can be lifted into the air by the weights changing direction. Milkovic observed extra energy and momentum in his experiments but didn't understand that the reason he had lift from the pendulum movement was not that it was a pendulum, but was because at the center of a pendulum's swing the weight changes direction and by a weight changing direction it produces lift. When I push my weights forward and pull them back into me very quickly I am pulled in the direction the weights were going. There is a cushion with weights going in one direction and right back the other direction when they have the save force going in both directions because in order to stop and change the direction of the weight by having equal forces in both directions it cancels out in the cushion so in order to show my lift with my dumb bells I must pull back into me with greater force, but this is not true for pendulums that are swinging at an angle. The angle produces lift by changing direction at the center of the pendulum swing without requiring greater force and it is just an illusion that it is the momentum doing it, it is the weights drag from changing direction that does it.

This is a good way to make a flying car and could contribute to creating Bessler's wheel.

In my MS painting I have what I am about to describe in illustration. Okay, so what I want is for my youtube video that I made a while ago to work a certain way. I want the red connection rod to pass through its connection by a purple door flap opening at a certain point. This will allow the weights to slow down when they head towards the center. Then when the red rod pulls back it will do so faster and with more force. I would some resistance springs on the axle of the levers to help slow down the weights. I want the weights to be slower so that I can change directions abruptly repeatedly. By changing direction really hard, it will produce more lift and create propulsion. Good day sir, you are flying!

It's my observation with this experiment that you can create lift just by pulling on ten point dumb bells really hard and even more lift by changing their direction really hard. Believe it!
Do I have friends on the forum? I bet if I were whining about something everybody would be all on this topic for the drama. I am literally giving out gold here. Pure gold. This is probably a better version of oscillating weights where the weights change direction at 180 degrees from each other. It supports my dumb bell experiment if it works because when I swung the weights off to my side I produced lift but it was hard to do because the weights are heavy on my shoulders off to the side. However, it jerks me back really hard anyways even though I'm not very strongly pulling it.
When you look at this MS painting remember everything I've previously given as an attribute to this kind of drawing. Like the red connecting rod releasing the weight using a purple door flap and allowing the weights to slow down, and in this case they are slowing down towards the 180 degree position (green arrow) and pulling hard back harder because the weights had slowed down.

In order to use the levers to propel in water, I would have to make the levers fins. I thought about this and the fins could fold in and then fan out. I'm going to go ahead and call Bullshit on the Cambridge scientists. Their description is flawed. I think there is no kick from the table. They have not proved that with empirical evidence. They are merely taking observations and then creating an explanation for it.
If there was no table there would also have to be no gravity because the rigid rod would have to stay in place. If there was no gravity when the weight is pulled on then it would not rotate because no gravity is pulling in the other direction to make it turn. And if there is a table and gravity there is no lift because there is no pivot. They are fricken imagining it has a pivot. The part of the rigid rod that is on the table is sitting statically and doesn't have a downward force of any kind in which to produce anything from. The ONLY upward force is the only force pulling it up. I am 100% sure of this. I Call Bull Shit on Cambridge!
What makes the weights produce lift is that they are changing direction. My dumb bell experiment shows that weights that change direction produce lift. If you go straight in a direction and back with the same force there is no lift because it cancels out in a cushion of force when stopping before changing direction but if you keep the weight still before changing direction there is some lift and if you move the weight not fast and then change direction fast and hard you get a lot of lift. In my experiment I laid on my back and lifted up two ten pound dumb bells and pulled them back down with more faster and with more force. I was lifted into the air about 3 inches, my entire mid section and part of my but went air born until I got the recoil. So I undoubtedly unequivocally ridiculously smartly, I Call Bull Shit on Cambridge.
