here again you have to look in the other direction.

We have a potential energy given. 2 kg on top.

When this 2 kg are reaching the horizontal position, the energy is harvested.

when you harvest this energy, the right weight on its Lever arm has the force to bring the heavy weight back to the top.

You must harvest to allow the reswing.

The harvesting is done by turning the eccentric weight backwards against gravity.

This is a fundamental movement which can also simulated in the Simulation program.
