Plagiarism in Graphs, Charts, Figures, or Images
Definition

Using graphs, charts, figures or images from a source without acknowledging that another person developed them is considered plagiarism.
AND
Where did you credit the owner of the graphics you used?
You don’t even understand the meaning of what you copied and pasted. The MT drawings, that I used, were not “developed” as a “work of another person”. The owner of the website performed image enhancement of previously existing drawings. That is not the meaning of “developed” as used in the definition that you provided.

After knowing him for around 30 years I was actually kind of proud of how I credited Mr Bill McMurty and his work in "Bessler Wheel Secrets #1" starting a little after 10 minutes. The timing of this display just so happens to exactly coincide with the appearance of the first drawing from Mr McMurty’s website in my videos. You might have noticed the somewhat humorous textual comment if you had actually watched the video.

Additionally, because you obviously didn’t see the video -> EVERY SINGLE MT GRAPHIC <- that was used had the name of Bill’s website prominently displayed. How is that not enough acknowledgment ?

The only thing that is actually wrong here is that Mr Bill is not complaining but you are.

Not too long ago there were some beautiful traditions and a wonderfully celebratory spirit surrounding a beloved baseball team that was destroyed by a group of people with no trace of American Native origins but were offended “for Native Americans” by the name, Cleveland Indians. Now the team has a new name and has lost more than 60% of their fan base. My wife was a die hard fan of the Indians for most of her life. Now she avoids baseball entirely. The Acquired Offense Syndrome (A.O.S.) is a mental disease.

Circus side show entertainers used to make a good living but A.O.S. groups felt sorry for the midgets, disfigured persons and women with beards and shut the circuses down. The vast majority of the performers spent the rest of their lives in poverty and starved to death because they could not work regular jobs. The A.O.S. people accomplished their ignorant moral objective but did nothing to help after destroying their lives. Guess their real objective was to kill that “Basket of deplorables”.

The only other graphics that I used where produced more than 200 years ago and the original owner did not leave a forwarding address for me to contact him but it seems like pretty much everyone else knew, without seeing it in writing, that Bessler was the original developer since he is the subject of all of our work. The things that you have to mansplain to “some people”.

So, NO, that is not even remotely plagiarism.

One other note….. You are pretty clueless with the comment:

If I were intending on monetizing anything I would not have given away, in the form of publishing. everything. Some of us are not hopelessly driven by the worldly ideal of selfish monetary gain but I know that is, like super uber impossible, for some of this planet’s inhabitants to understand why someone would work so hard (or deal with extraordinarily difficult people) strictly for the benefit of others.

Let me attempt to explain something else. I would like to be everyone's friend but have repeatedly encountered abusive people. Some abusers eventually recognize how bad they are perceived by their victims but sadly the majority do not. It is a thousand times easier to train a dog than it is to train the owner of a dog. That is no metaphor or insult, it is just the simple truth. Reading through your posts to multiple persons, ... you are not what the masses of normal society would call "a nice guy" ..... or fair ....... or even remotely reasonable. That is not my fault. I am just a mirror hoping you will see something important.

Bessler is only my 3rd most self-studied subject. My 2nd most intensely researched subject is how to make a woman 'happy'.
My all time primary passion is the Bible, starting at a young age, though the methodology of many lessons have been rather intensely unpleasant. The most important lesson I have learned is "Wisdom is more important than Knowledge."

This is especially true when interfacing with polite society.

I really want to share my stork's bill design but someone has to beg for it. Am I being ignored? I could really have Bessler's Wheel or one of his designs. You could be missing out on something you might really like. All that you have to do is grovel at my feet peasants. I feel like I've found something special and I'm not giving it up without a fight. Grovel first and I will apologize later if I end up being wrong. What can you have to lose by trying? I've found one of Bessler's wheels, at least the concept for a working model if not precisely as I've drawn it. There could probably be variations and I will admit I can't calculate how to make it most efficient. I know it would work though.

I'm not going to beg. If you want an opinion, I will happily give you one. You can share it publicly or privately. You might not like or agree with what I say though. Also, you should probably do it in your own thread.

=======

Preoccupied , You're priceless ! : )

Come on some body -- not necessarily Justsomeone --- BEG to The Guy !

Think of all the money and power that could come !

I can't do it because I'm compromised .
I've been working incessantly with storkbills for the past 6 months and I'm confidant as always that - - "hey , I'll have it next month ! "

And I "know" that IF it just happens that Preoccupied and I have been having a psychic "mind meld" (which I'm pretty good at and happens frequently without me even trying sometimes )

and if it really is Besslers secret then
how can we ever convince posterity that it wasn't original information lost by Trevor a couple of months ago ?

Come on somebody --------- beg Trevor to come over here and BEG .

Or

Come on Preoccupied , - stick a post into " I'll announce a winner in a couple of days " in case Trevor is too tied up to know that this controversy is going on ! : ) ------------------------------ otherwise how will ------------ Sam

or any of us progress ?

Also Preoccupied , - IF some body does beg and grovel and you release the drawings , put a little copywright symbol logo on it -----

We will back you up if it is a workable original ! ---

Your Success is Assured ! : )
Have had the solution to Bessler's Wheel approximately monthly for over 30 years ! But next month is "The One" !

As far as i know there is a couple of people claiming runners , so i guess whoever yields their proof in a build first , wins the battle , i for one will just sit back and observe this unfold while i keep myself occupied with my own efforts :).
Its all relative.

MikeyNed, you may use any of my MT reproductions in any way you see fit. It's the least I can do given that you shared your copy of MT with me all those years ago and you asked for nothing in return. Thank you again.

FWIW, I get the feeling that we're running out of time on this. I find unproductive distractions have become much less interesting these days. Anyone who can manage to freely share their work should be commended.

Ovyyus,

You have quietly been my hero for quite some time.
Your reproductions have been a Godsend and a half.
Can not begin to tell you how much you are appreciated.

Ho go on then.
Someone has to say it.

That is obvious.

It appears your moniker describes your contribution to The Quest.
