re: Where are we all at?
As usual, you are as right as can be, Ed.

Whoa!
Is that quite correct, Bill?
That is a partial quote from England's pride himself "The Wickedest Man In The World," - Aleister Crowley.
The approximately full, true and complete thing goes
"DO what though wilt; let THAT be the whole of the law!"
But, any imputations as to irredeemable, unforgivable wickedness as might be put upon corporations gigantic or merely huge, I will second. No question.
(Yet an other area of bissful concordance discovered. Perhaps I shall survive the day after all.)

James and all who are interested,
I will respond to the above response posted by James by extracting, editing for brevity, and rebuke some statements to the best of my ability.
Maybe by doing so reflects how I earned five green dots, by responding to input in a forthright manner, and showing I have the balls to meet my advisories head on.
OK, so we will take it one step at a time: A dangerous situation is not to be understood as a code standing for "it is imperative that our status-quo be maintained"... There is (to my knowledge) no elite or clique group of fiver's that meet in secret or communicate in any manner regarding who gets a green and who does not.
There are now 1500 members in this forum, I ask you, how many other than the so called elite or "fivers" take the time to use the reputation system. A "fiver" probably gained his five by have the fortitude to post his personal input, and taking the time to give his assessment regarding other members (demeanor).
Ovyyus: Earned his position with his forthright demeanor and work displayed @ http://www.orffyre.com/mt.html If he has a private sub-forum here, I am not a member of it.
Ralph: I have a web-site and a closed sub-forum called "Gravity Solutions Group" It is currently open to: Clarkie, Erick, Jon Hutton and Sequeen. There has been no activity since February 16, 2013
jim_Mich: Has his personal web-site, and a private sub-forum, I am not a member of his closed group.
John Collins: has more than one web-site, blogs for the promotion of his book sales. I do not correspond with John via any off-site web-link other than by private mail. I am not a member of his sub-forum here.
For other who have web-sites, simply look for the "WWW" in their profile. if you are interested in who has a private sub-forum here, Click on "Groups" and check them out. There are nine of them displayed. I am not a member of any of them with the exception of Hutton's and Stewart"s which is open to all seeking to join. Keep in mind that there may be more in the "hidden" category, if you are not a member it will not be displayed. I do not belong to any of these as I do not see them.

Demeanor: The way a person behaves. With all due respect, Bill, Ralph's creation may have been done well enough as you award him for, but, as for the rest, I myself would prefer to make it a nice and neat "NOT so fast!"

There is no surprise, nor any reason to make one out of it. I do not see any connection of your mention to King George, or his agents. I agree that the original founding of the Royal Society had it's stringent "peer review system" but that is antiquated here and has no reflective value. Not at all, is this a thing coming to us as much surprise.
A quote of value made by a man with positive demeanor. A quote worthy of a green dot, and reflects how one should display themselves by speaking up and defending their thoughts either in rebuke or refute here on the forum. Debating in a parliamentary fashion without going personal will win any member a green. That is providing you give it to them, not leaving the responsibility up to your so-called elite "fivers"."DAMN the torpedoes - FULL speed ahead !!!" - Admiral Farragut at Mobile Bay
I will probably reiterate my position every time this subject pops up its ugly head. Playing "Chicken Little" and the sky is falling because one believes he deserves a higher rating in not the way to earn it.Yes, all this as you have said I understand, Ralph. My memory, though ripe, is not yet a thing too defective.
I well recall your having made clear-to-pain, these very points, in one or two posts from the past.
Scott* Moderator of this forum with a blog open to all!It is SO that most of the Fivers DO have their own sites.
Would you not allow me to list them here? Thank you. Then I shall.

If you wish to refer to the above as "Big wigs" that is your prerogative and reflects on your demeanor. I am honored to be a part of the group.Big wigs all.
There is no connection between five -level holders and P-M relative sights. Simply open Member list and count the members who have a "WWW" in their profileAre there not others? (Might I have some help here, in identifying more?) How many, I ask, below Fiver-level maintain P-M relevant sites?
Anything near the same percentage, Ralph? Do I err by thinking "not"?
I merely pondered, did I not, whether there MIGHT BE some connection?
No "Coincidence Theory" or conspiracy here that I am aware of. I believe a "fiver' earns his place by displaying his behavioral "demeanor" and offering productive input, while keeping on topic.(I am not a ready friend of the dangerously defective, cracked-pot world of "Coincidence Theory" but, will accept reasonable assertions, for the necessity for the occasioning of such as suggestions.)
No hot spot in my eyes! nor do I really see any importance, other than your misguided thoughts of how the "reputation" system works.Clearly, HERE with this subject we have hit a nerve! (This usually stands up well as indication of "getting hot," in matters of importance.)
cloud camper and axel did not get knocked down more than one green due to the action of any one "fiver", often one vote is enough for a member to either gain or loose their standing, for no better word, I call it a "swing vote"Both cloud camper and axel had the force of character and boldness of wit so as to illumine this problem, my original comment having served as a reasonable occasion to reference it, and so they did.
The above is an example of your negative demeanor and is nothing more than an erroneous perception of reality. This is not the first time that grouses about this fiendish and horrid, trouble making reality have been broached here. The main, calculated purpose that this functioning nastiness serves, is to segregate and elevate, and this to the extreme advantage of those on top, and disadvantage of they that are not.
I believe you are the one doing the rationalization, but you also have the right to speak out with your feelings, that is reflect on your demeanor.Rationalize it all as you must and will, Ralph but, that is my view in-sum and, as it is appertainent, in it I am not alone.
As you can obviously see, I have the courage to speak out and I hide from no one. it is my integrity and demeanor. I leave it up to you to entice the timid little mice to come forward, speak their mind and build their their own positive demeanor.(Although, it would seem I'm not accompanied by many having much courage to speak out. Well, that's quite alright for I've well enough of it for us all so HIDE, my timid little mice friends.)
It is quite clear that it draws your fire, but you insist on making mountains out of non-existent mole hills.Clearly, this pain making rating regimen IS DEFECTIVE prime faci and ab initio! Truly, it acts as a cancer of a sort, and it poisons and, any that might DARE assert that it is any way meritocratic, will surely draw my fire!
Empathy; My identification and understanding of another's situation, feeling's and motives. Do you believe I am typing this lengthy response for my own amusement? No, it is my empathy, my concern over your gross misguided abstract of the reputation rating system.I would suggest, Ralph, that we all might consider the use of just a bit of empathy, when considering this tender subject when commenting with force, being as you are, at least, part of that old ruling elite itself???
Yes: a little empathy, Sir!
IMO you have not earned a red dot, you have displayed your demeanor by voicing your opinion. I may not agree with it it but I defend your right to voice it.I await your report, if not now a red dot too? (Have I now not "earned" it?)
Ralph

Thanks for that impressive bit of work you just did, Ralph. (For it, a provisional temporary "touche" I shall allow ye!)
As usual - all very nicely done. We, here, have come to expect no less. (Along such lines, consistently, you never disappoint!)
It is well understood and accepted that you have earned your Five, as done by the means you've listed, and yet-more-still I'm sure.
(I did note, however, that you did not catch my little correction re "Anti-," needing to be added where it was not found originally, but should have been.)
Be assured if you will, please, that I will respond point-by-point and rapier thrust-by-thrust soon but, you see I am presently working on drawings to be sent out by e-mail, ones absolutely proving-for Bessler's very energy source itself, these then to be equated mathematically afterward elsewhere which as a task is a thing far, far beyond me and my former organ builder's admittedly humble intellectual means. (And this being-so especially, as compared to your own.)
I'm sure you'll understand, Ralph?
(NOTE: Of such matters specifically/particularly I've never spoken here and, more-than-this now likely never will. At least I'm to not until a veritable creature itself is finally found agoing, that was made actually by my hands. It is so that perpetual motions are living creatures of a kind, ones endowed with life by means of use of that bit of a scintilla of Divine creativity, as was given us all by the Providential Grace of our Maker. In essence, this is the very how-and-why of the possibility existing, for the transcendence of Nature - she and her otherwise immutable laws - by most simple, natural mechanical means.)
While our fun little tet-et-tet here, Ralph, is the thing the more important, my commitment to perform otherwise and elsewhere takes priority - this only because it was made previously. I'm sure that you and your teeming army of supportive allies will understand?
Take good care, get well soon and,
Ciao!

BTW, I think it's your turn to be dark overlord at our next blood moon gathering. My turn to bring a new-born white baby for the alter, and Fletcher's turn to bring curried egg sandwitches for supper. Oh wait, where are we all at... we're open forum here, aren't we... perhaps I've said too much...

Tolerance: speaking with demeanor!
(the last virtue of a decadent society)
Jiggs McDonald, NHL Hall of Fame broadcaster speaking in Orillia, Ontario says, I am truly perplexed that so many of my friends are against another mosque being built in Toronto. I think it should be the goal of every Canadian to be tolerant regardless of their religious beliefs.
Thus the mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.
That is why I also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque, thereby promoting tolerance from within the mosque.
We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, "The Turban Cowboy", and the other a topless bar called "You Mecca Me Hot."
Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork, and adjacent to that an open-pit barbecue pork restaurant, called "Iraq o' Ribs."
Across the street there could be a lingerie store called "Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret", with sexy mannequins in the window modeling the goods.
Next door to the lingerie shop there would be room for an adult sex toy shop, "Koranal Knowledge", its name in flashing neon lights, and on the other side, a liquor store called "Morehammered."
All of this would encourage Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us, so their mosque issue would not be a problem for others."
Yes we should promote tolerance, and you can do your part by passing this on.

Thanks for the lulz everyone. I took this opportunity to revisit the rating system and there are in fact 11 "fivers" as James likes to say in his inimitable way. Anyone can see the distribution of the various reputations on the stats page here: http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/statistics.php
Still seems pretty well balanced after all these years, imho.
Cheers,
Scott

re: Where are we all at?
Scott, your most recent post was so hilarious that it made me break my new rule and post again here.
I have been gifted a dubious reputation for nothing else than pissing off a prima dona by quoting Bible material to a pagan/atheist.
For most of my lifetime I have seriously studied the problem of Free Energy and have garnered useful results. I have intensively studied between 300 and 500 proposals for capturing Free Energy. In all the excitement I lost count myself. Most of them not of my own invention. Most immediately failed my critical and mathematically exact analysis. But not all.
I have designed roughly between 10 or 20 (depending on exactly how the USPTO would require them to be divided according to being individual embodiments ) before ever hearing about a Bessler Wheel. Most but not all are purely mechanical, but some involve electric and magnetic components.
I am not so foolish to make any claim about having a runner. It is not my ambition to suddenly be entertaining MIBS unawares. ( That's a paraphrase of a Bible quotation, for all you atheists. Are you an atheist or a pagan, Scott?). But I will tell you that the physics is so simple, as is the maths, that anyone examining my designs would have to say that it would be quite surprising if a material prototype did not RUN.
Your Site is as full of shit as an 89 pound Thanksgiving turkey. I would not post anything informative on it if I were offered a $Billion US cash tax free or if a MIB goon held his double barrel 12 gauge to my head.
Your red dot/green dot silly game is a plague straight from Hell. Amazingly, you take yourselves seriously.
Don't bother officially banning me. I am banning YOU. This Site is so silly and so counter-productive that there is no chance that I would ever feel that you could be of worthwhile service to me as I try to figure out how to present Free Energy to the human race in a way that does the maximum benefit but also cause the minimal disruption to the course of history.
To slightly paraphrase Henry Miller, Scott; Fuck You Jack.
