at my present place of employment we have the POINT system for the deadbeats. Point out and get walked out. The rep system is good but how about point system from the MOD

1-5 Warning
5-7 Coouple days off
7-9 GTFO

Posts like this should be deleted and a warning sent. Everyone probably agrees the rep system takes to long. Sometimes its ok to play GOD. If they don't get the hint by the ninth time then they need to go. And their IP needs an alarm put on so that they cannot register without speaking with you first. Just my 2 cents.

I thought i was going away, this site is worse than drugs sometimes.

I agree, posts like "yaaawnish" wouldn't exists if the rep system was faster, since beapeanut wouldn't even exists.

And put that the other way around, I'm not provocating, he is! ..

Beapeanut is now on my ignore list, this will not solve the problem, it will simply ignore the problem.

My seven year old hits my six year old when she gets hit first, when asked why she hit her back she says because she hit me first. Still doesn't make it right to hit. I explain to my oldest that just because you get hit you still need to do whats right, be the bigger sister and explain. "but she doesn't get it" she cries." Someone has to be the bigger sister" i keep trying to explain.

They both go to their rooms.

One for hitting and not knowing better, and the other for hitting even though she knows better. Everybody cries.

Saying you know your bad but you were only bad because "they made you be bad" i am so glad i'm raising my kids to to realize their are consequences and we are the only ones responsible for our actions. NOONE made you do it.

Anwyays, I'm not justifying my actions, what is done is done, because to me, it's on purpose.

Maybe someone should send the Israelis and Palestinians to their room: one for hitting and not knowing better and the other for hitting even though they know better. Of course, both act like abused kids who have grown up to be abusers themselves - so there goes logic and reason.

Sorry for the digression, back to the dick fight :D

PS, well Jim if it were up to me he'd be gone long ago. Without moderation I guess we're reduced to mob rule, or worse. FWIW, I think LIB is entitled to respond as he sees fit in a free world ;)

Well I would have to agree LIB, which is why I might encourage the struggle against these parasites. These bloodsuckers thrive on politeness and the good manners of others. I say dig em out and squish em before it's too late. No mercy for parasites, even deaf ones.

I actually thought about this problem in depth ..

It's really hard to come up with an idea that will not invoke destroying human lives .. It's a whole concept that could be debated perpetually..

But my "motto" so to say, is that, without losses, there are no wins..
Sometimes, you need sacrifices.. In this case, it's not even sacrifices, it's prevention.. He didn't bring anything positive to this forum .. Thus, kicking him, would prevent further negativeness.

For every action there is an equal opposite reaction. I one child hits another and the other is not allowed to hit back. The one child will have no fear of retaliation and will be more aggressive. If you are there to correct the situation. That is fine for as an adult you are there for the retaliation but then the one gets smart and hits when you are not there and the other is not allowed to hit back. This can cause a bigger problem.

For instant if one country makes a stab at another country and the other country doesn't do anything to stop it or retaliate, the one country will keep making stabs and then an out right invasion. But if the one country always finds resistance, an invasion is avoided.

Be careful of restricting self defense for if you can't retaliate you will submit. This is reality.

I don't know Bill. What's the best way to deal with a forum where 90 percent of the inhabitants engage at times in parasitic activity? There are many forms of trolling; from outright egging someone on, to bait and hooking by offering something to get something, or simple lurking. There is a reason why alchemists hid their knowledge but made it available to the pilgrim, or why mystery schools, citing early christianity as the example, said don't throw pearls...It's all about character building. A responsible person is appauled at the idea of a police force. I think Scott's doing the best he can. It's easy enough to click the ignore button. Don't feed the egging animals. There's not much he can do about the other type. I wonder how many trolls will respond negatively to this.
