I wish someone would just come out and say here it is.

It's almost here !!!

Interesting, one wishing for what they claim is impossible! and another stating that it is almost here! It's almost here !!!
I believe that mans ability to reduce the "impossibles" increase exponentially as technology keeps advancing. The word "impossible" seems to be shrinking at an excelerated rate. Since the advent of mans understanding and use of fire and the invention of the wheel it has been nothing but more "impossibles" becoming realities.
My favorite quote is from the famous science fiction writer Jules Verne who stated that if man can write about it, man will eventually build it.
I think back to 1967 when Ray Bradberry's " Star Trek" first hit television. Their hand held communicators were only in our dreams. Now we have it all including GPS web link and pictures all in an everyday cell phone that nobody gets excited about.
I agree with Graham, it is coming and may happen sooner than some expect. The odds are that there will be more than one design to become public in a short time interval.

This is a definite possibility Ralph. Once the principle , and there must be an underlying principle and not just a clever arrangement .The odds are that there will be more than one design to become public in a short time interval.
This principle which Bessler said is "deeply hidden" will open the doors for others to explore and bring to perfection.
If JB did it ,it is NOT impossible. That's why we're here.
Graham
I always say the same to myself. If Bessler could do it, I must be able to do it too!Graham wrote:If JB did it ,it is NOT impossible. That's why we're here.
My latest ideas failed for various problems & bugs, but I learned a lot from them, identified what was wrong and figured out a new path to go. I am going to test a new theory / principle as soon as I can.
I believe, soon or later someone will reach success.

Still to come, those images/radio/watches used by Dick Tracy - that square nose detective - in the 40's.
About our main trail here, all of us are in suspense and jelousy trying to be the very first... nervous and stressed about the impossibility of a technical ilusion... and qualifying as crazzy and nutt those who say ''they have or will have it''...
Yes, we are strongly crackpots summed together to all normal and current human problems and defectives... here I feel myself at home...
BTW, once again I declare, I have the solutions for a PM and many of you also know that, so as they know it's name...:)
Just a question of time... if you don't agree, just prove it!
Have you all a very nice week! M. SP 22/july

I can't wait until we get the phone inbuilt in a shoe like in Get Smart.

I only realized too late that life was short.
Some people accused Bessler of being a fraud because they believed perpetual motion wheels were impossible. This assumption of fraud persists to this day by people who still assume such to be impossible. A careful review and analysis of historical facts concerning Bessler’s wheels reveals that it would have been nearly impossible to engineer and construct a fraudulent wheel and have it perform as Bessler's did. Bessler told his enemies to try building a fraudulant wheel that can perform like his; he knew it could not be done. Only a real working PM wheel could perform like his. This leaves only one probable explanation, that his wheels somehow gained energy from gravity and the movement of internal weights, contrary to those that think such is impossible. If PM wheels are in fact possible then there must be a scientific explanation and reason for them to work.
On August 16, 1721 Gravesande examined Bessler’s wheel. There was something about Gravesande's visit that so upset Bessler that the next day he destroyed his wheel. This was the last working wheel that Bessler built. The next year Gravesande wrote about his experiments of dropping hard balls into soft clay and measuring the depth of the impressions in a series of papers in Journal littéraire de la Haye, starting in 1722. The results of these experiments were shared with Émilie du Châtelet, who subsequently corrected Newton's kinetic energy formula E = M·V to E = M·V^2. (Note that though we now add a factor of 1/2 to this formula to make it work with coherent systems of units, the formula as expressed is correct if you choose units to fit it.)
Centrifugal force is a similar equation that shows force increasing with the square of the velocity. Just another piece of the puzzle!

Here is a link to more on 'sGravesande. Read on as it contains mention of his visit to Bessler.

The motion of the planets, he claims, is due to universal gravitation, by the cause of gravity remains a mystery to him:-
... and cannot be deduced from laws that are known.

Jim_Mich,
While browsing Google for 'sGravensande I ran across this link, it is one page to a math forum. Thought it might interest you!

WOW! How the argument still persists....

re: Why Perpetual Motion Machines Are Impossible.
Wasn't that Gene Roddenberry, Ralph?I think back to 1967 when Ray Bradberry's " Star Trek" first hit television.
(...now why couldn't I just let that pass?...I'm so "pointy" that I just had to point that out! hehee)
re: Why Perpetual Motion Machines Are Impossible.
Yea! I am always getting names mixed up or forgotten. Pointy or not its good to be informed of a screw up! After all others may not know that my info is wrong! THANK YOU!
Such as laws in physics laid down 400 to 500 years ago!
I have to think of what you call a heavy wind storm with lots of rain or hail to remember my wifes name! Problem is I do not know if it is spelled Gale or Gail. :-)
Mind is getting a lot of miles and it is full of more important stuff related to gravity machines. Note I did not say "wheel" as I no longer think that is were the answer will be found. Although I could put my latest attempt in a twelve foot canvas covered drum if that is what it would take to make people happy.
Microsoft Encarta has 10 definitions for a wheel, I like number 10; To whirl around, changing direction; pivot.

Man can make mistakes, but he is not a failure until he starts blaming someone or something else.

re: Why Perpetual Motion Machines Are Impossible.
Careful, to say a physics law is wrong/mistaken, you have to prove it wrong.. Which is only possible with experimentation .
Do you have a perpetual motion machine, or gravity wheel!? ..
No!? .. Well, it's not necessarily wrong.
