I was checking out the I.P. web basd traced program supplied by Bill a few days ago;
http://visualroute.visualware.com/
and I noticed that every adress I typed in was always routed to a place called defender technologies located out of Virginia Washington. I assumed that maybe the states was using a monitoring program because of terrorism but I did a google search and what comes up is something different. It could be the pages that come up are theirs and it is a monotoring program for defense but the pages are elusive on purpose, or it is a different type of company all together and has different reasons for what they do. The pages that do come up are also out of Virginia. Anyone have any ideas?

Enter: CMD
-you get a DOS box
Enter: TRACERT <IP-NUMBER>
