Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's)

Don't get excited :) I'm in the process of selling a small business I own. I want a potential buyer to sign a _simple_ Confidentiality Agreement, sometimes called a NDA (business orientated) b4 I let them do due diligence on the financials.

Now all I had to do was create a satisfactory Confidentiality Agreement, then I thought, why not save myself some time & effort (not to mention keeping the lawyers out of things) & ask the boys if one of them had something I could use ?

If you do & are willing to share it, please forward it to my email address, preferably in MS Word format.
