Hi,
My name is Claudio Bianco. I am an inventor, and have just completed my last work called "Continual Wind-Up", with which I take advantage of water oscillations to wind up a cord, and thus generate electricity.
I believe to have opened a new research field for renewable energy, but since I am the father of this invention, my opinion does not matter.

Your name sounds very familiar....but, not sure why. Interesting no one has made a comment yet, but I am sure the people here are crunching your numbers or busy working on their own pm wheel. I read with enthusiasm and a great deal of skepticism your page/video/drawings. One thing you will have to clarify for me is how you will produce ou electric for the compressor to produce ....what? around 6psi. with an 85 percent efficient motor. I didn't quite understand that critical part of your presentation. One of the better presentation that I have seen.

You are thinking of Claudio with a "C"... Remember the guy from Italy that I was involved with on a design with constant velocity joints and a "V'd" axle . He prematurely announced that it was a runner!Your name sounds very familiar....but, not sure why.

After 3 years I finally managed to finish the second part of the "Continual Wind-up"
