Is there a reason why the second 'June' is capitalized?

Could be it marks the 300th anniversary of Bessler's wheel?

Very interesting John and thanks for the info. A curious coincidence but nicely timed.

This caught my eye because Johann debuted his first wheel on "June 6, 1712." He suggests that his weights are in "pairs" and it sounds like there are "8" weighted mechanisms inside the wheel.
