What happens when you sell the farm......
Moderator: scott
On Page 2 this poor guy tells that he sold his house, gave up his job, and hired a work unit to build his very large perpetual motion wheel, which he "knows will work". But it doesn't work so now he has no time or place or funds to do his experiments and he has to return to work and leave his inventions unfinished. He is waiting for science to catch up with his work.
On his Page 1 he shows a "Hydro Kinetic Turbine" that he obviously has never actually built, else he would know that it doesn't work. It consists of two rotatable plates mounted on bearings such that the space between them is wedge shaped. The space between is sealed using some type of flexible seal at the edges of the two plates. This causes one side of the device to have lots of buoyancy while the other side has little buoyancy. His thinking is that this should cause the plates to rotate thus producing lots of free energy.
There will be lots of torque trying to rotate the plates and housing as a unit, but there will be no torque available to rotate just the plates alone. Nature just doesn't work the way that he thinks it would.

It would seem our friend was severely hurt by harnessing his horse incorrectly. :( Translation open to review. I kinda giggle when things like this happen but also cringe. When p-motion call the paper about a design on paper its funny. WHen someone goes this far its sad.
A great discovery solves a great problem, but there is a grain of discovery in the solution of any problem.

I read this webpage about a year ago. I think its just some kind of scam. Someone cashing in on the dream of a better world.

A little research regarding Trever Lyn Whatford and his Multi_lever design has produced the following links. My impression is that there is no intent of a scam and he believes he has something. I have made an attempt to contact him via PM.
His concept is not unlike my present research using the basis of MT No 24 which has now been morphed into something more similar to Trever's Multi_lever layout

I believe that some may find his 23 page patent application worth reading, if only for the education of learning how to patent, he is a stickler for covering all basis concerning variable applications of his design. A total of 18 variations as I recall.
I did not do any digging on his buoyancy concept as it is not of interest to me. It also appears his patent application on the flotation device was rejected.
