Since I cannot edit for some reason... I post again...

Forgot to add myself in the poll... personally....

I myself am Obsessive Compulsive... thinking more than ten (10) times a day...

So much so that I keep a tablet near at almost all times...

I think you should have put more choices, or at least given each a range that butted up against the next, because there are huge gaps between 8/d, 4/w, and 2/m.

Yep, more choices are needed!
I think of F-E for more than 50 times a day.
I'm totally drank about and offen travel to the other side of the normality borderline. This is not an absolutely light stuff.
Should be easier if I was not so sure... (you know). Regs. :)''' M. apr/20

In the last month I cant stop thinking of the wheel, it has overshadowed every aspect of my life. My co workers cant bear to hear me babble about it, my wife thinks Im delusional, and I wake up in the night thinking about this damd wheel.

Is it a peacocks tail...or a turkey jiblet?

That's good advice, Dr What.

It's a bit like gold fever. In the Californian gold rush people abandoned homes and businesses to seek their fortunes.

Fortunately my work is purely theoretical so it doesn't cost me anything but time and being retired I have plenty of that.

At some point, I started thinking more often about sex. The crossover point was some two years ago.

Talking of nightmares I'm reminded of that other instrument of torture referred to by W S Gilbert in the The Story of Prince Agib:

They branded me and broke me on a wheel,
And they left me in an hospital to heal;
And, upon my solemn word,
I have never never heard
What those Tartars had determined to reveal.

An account of the history of wheel torture can be found here
