We can do this on a smaller buget and can work with less as we have been
doing all along, the job will get done but it takes longer to complete.
This is the less prefered way but I may be able to get one or both of
them running for under 20k if I do it in this area.

On a larger buget of $300,000.00 or more. It would cover all the costs
to move us from here to a new location and set up house and a work shop.

This would include acquiring more tools to work with where all our
alternate energy machines will be completed and running along with other
radiant energy developments. This would allow me to work full time
toward manifesting these technoligies in a shorter period of time with a
real buget to work with. However Ed Gray's ema motors will be the first
machines we will set up to auto rotate for everyone to see.

It would also be the birth of new upcoming alfenergy (alfgravitydisc)
version radiant energy antigravity propulsion technologies untilizing
the space warp effect that causes mass to move toward the positive
pole. My version will attempt to produce and utilize radiant energy to
create and magnify the space warp effect (Townsend Brown) that causes
mass to move toward the warp (John Hutchison) projected above the
electrostaticly charged high rotating discs (Searl).

The time will come soon to build our version disc craft that really
flies vtal. The magnifying energy component of radiant energy within
highly charged bimetal counter rotating discs with ring magnets doubling
as high energy capacitors for generating the unidirectional impulses to
create the electro radiant effect within its own hull.. Victor
Shauberger built flying saucers using his principals of Implosion. We
can build levity disc today also by harnessing and using radiant energy
as the power source within its own counter rotating capacitive bimetal
magnetic ring dc dynamo hull system that is in a shape of a vortex
curved disc flying saucer... Like drawing a true natural vortex and
placing them together wide end to wide end and draw a line down the
middle, and you have the proper disc shape for this hull.. Comments

Researching this guy is simple - just google search "Alan L Francoeur"

Big claim, but you have to read between the lines - "...with extended run time per charge..." - I wonder what that means in terms of a 'self-runner'?

After 3 years it would appear he is still this >< close. Hey, I've got a bunch of machines that are this >< close too. We're all this >< close :)

You don't like what I am doing, thats your problem and thats for YOU to get over.....

I am doing a needed service for humanity. And what are YOU problem people doing about it? Nothing but complain about the people who are actually doing something about the energy issues in todays world. Don't forget who you will be coming to when you cannot afford your energy bills and cannot afford to fill up your car full of gasoline. Just remember who has the answers for greater energy efficiencies when shit hits the fan and the economy goes to crap.....

You problem people have issues with me and I don't even know any of you. What a farce!!!

For those who are positive of my technology developments, I thank you for your kind comments. For those who have unfounded problems with me and my technology developments. Get a life and don't waste my time with your negativity!!!!

Gentlemen, I do not know Alan L. Francoeur personally, but I will say this, "Do your homework before you speak." I have been interested in alternate energy for years. He has built several working machines. He gave his Interference Disk Generator to the world for free. The Plans and specifications for it can be downloaded for free. (some sites have very poor copies, while others are very good quality. Just search the Net.) Several years ago I also saw pictures of a Gary Wesly motor. A SELF RUNNER. - Shane

Shane, if you don't mind me saying... you haven't done your homework well at all. These claims of "self-runners", where are they? Do you have one? Have you tried to build one?

After nearly 30 years of searching and building and replicating, I've not yet come across a single claim of a working FE device that has been proven true by independent demonstration - I live in hope.

Apparently, it's quite normal for inventors to proclaim success well before they actually (if ever) achieve it. It's also quite normal for other people to believe their claims of success. I want to believe too, but I'd need some form of lobectomy before the pure belief thing really did it for me :)
