I have the weight further out on one side than the other,but it won't turn by itself. Seems it tries but theres to much resistance. Maybe i'll play around with it for a bit more.

We've all been there Irish - sympathy's with you - eventually we all become experts at what doesn't work & can then choose to share that gained experience with others, to add to the collective conscience - hopefully someone one day will have an insight that comes from that foundation of disappointment to either tweak an old idea into 'life' or cause you to head off in a completely new direction, untried & untested by 99.99% of current designs.
Keep working at it & maybe you'll be the one who breaks this enigma wide open ?

Fletcher, i hear ya man, keep on going lol. Got some other projects to do so all is not lost. Insight is correct now that I have some.Keep working
