hi
self turning wheel requires some force other than gravity in order to work, this fact has been know since before bessler's time.

I believe Bessler would say differently. ;-)

Well lets look at it for a moment. What force or action can happen without something? Your device it there and only gravity is available. If you have wind for your device it will fall under a wind device. If you have water, it is under a water device. If you have steam or heat, who is tending the fire or is it from the volcano? If you have the sun, you have solar. All that is left is gravity or magic. So you ask yourself. Which one can you prove? What else do you have? If not gravity.

A gravity alone powered wheel will be proved. That does not prove perpetual motion yet. ;-))

hi alan
no need to go for long discussion, let put in this way,say your weight 75kg & also my weight 75kg .if we stand on the gable end of seesaw it will balance, may be your friend give you helium ballon (same size of foot ball),what will happen if you still standing at the same seesaw?.thanks

It means he could also hold a stubby, and still balance.

weight and leverage do effect at the axle/fulcrum of a device. This is a given of leverage and weight value. If a hundred lb steel ball and a one lb steel ball fall from the same height. The will hit at the same time, but the impact of the hundred lb steel ball will leave a bigger impression due to it mas and weight. These are basic understandings. But lift 4lbs 4 feet with 1lb dropping 1 foot. Now you have a shocked world of science. LOL

hi AB hammer
not simply like that, there is CF force, inertia, torque, natural force to make tow-graviton(extra energy) as well as the very important is the gravity.thanks
